Course Curriculum Overview

4

Actually this course is a better choiche for those who wants to be a teacher in English. Because it gives us dual degrees which normally takes a time period of 6 to 7 years to complete. So it is really good course

Internships Opportunities

3

Since I am studying for teacher course they send us for internships in various colleges with our classmates. We get an experience in the obstacles and fun in teaching. But I have not went for internships since it is my 1st year.

Fees and Financial Aid

In CVV I was asked to pay an amount of 45000 as semester fee and 10000 as caution deposit. For hostel facilities I paid an amount of 95000. That's all the money I have spent to study at this university

Campus Life

4

College has a good infrastructure. In CVV different programmes are organised by the students itself with the help of faculties. They are able to get the skills and ability to organise and manage programmes.

Hostel Facilities

3

Hostel has a good facilities and infrastructures which meets our needs. But our new hostel doesn't have any vending machines unlike the girls and boys hostel. The menu of Sunday in the annashetra is the worst among other days. We get pasta in Wednesday night but it taste gross.

Admission

I was searching for a course which gave me dual degrees in english and Education. I tried for university of kerala and central university of Kasaragod. But I couldn't get admission because they were asking for cuet exam qualification and I didn't write it. And I get to know about this college

Faculty

4

Here in CVV we have different schools instead of departments. Here every department respects other departments. There is no barriers between the students. Also there is good infrastructures in college and hostels.

Night Life

4

We can roam around the campus until 9 . After 9:30 wardens comes for taking attendance. Until that time we can sit and roam at different spots of the campus without any restrictions. It is the most fun part of our college.

Placement Experience:

From the last semester pass out we a re eligible for the campus recruitment for job or placement. So many companies visit us for the interview or some checking like , hero honda , maruti suzuki etc. the main reason for it was a low amount of budget is that get from this placement maybe 15 thousand let month ect. Only the company can take the students for it so the percentage of the students who getting placement will change in every year. My plan was to get an admission in the central government University for doing master of degree in History. And try the best exam called upsc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Economic somehow teaches us how to manage in real world.. I can connect a lot more to real world while learning economics. It is a little too difficult to learn for sem exams. The sem exam is just in 50/70 marks.. The exam timing is 1 1/2 or 2 hrs.

The college provided classes to enhance interview skills. The college also provided opportunities to prepare Resume, Curriculum Vitae and conducted mock interviews to enhance their confidence level. Most of the students got placed who attended the interviews. I am planning to go for higher studies. I am planning to pursue Masters in English Literature. I am hoping to get admitted to this college itself.
