Remarks

I applied for specially Daulat Ram College and i got admission to it. I can take admission in just a few colleges because I have not opted for maths in my class 12th so there are only a few colleges in North Campus which provide Bcom Program. In that option according to me, Daulat Ram College is best. The admission process is too easy. We just have to fill the registration form and when the cutoffs arrive we just have to open our ID on portal check the list and our eligibility for the course and we can simply click on apply then our application will proceed for the verification. After 1 or 2 days you will get verified by the principal and then you have to make payment online. The deadline for payment is about 5 days. I availed the quota of OBC. Basically, the minimum percentage you have to score is above 90 for students of the general category and obc category.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

I chose Bcom Programm because I have not opted for maths. Therefore, I am not eligible for Bcom Hons. And the options which I have instead Bcom Programm are not very good according to me. So I opted for this course. The teachers are very nice and teach with their utmost dedication. There are most probably 2 teachers for one subject. There are approximately 55 students in one class and time to time tutorials, practicals, and doubt sessions were conducted by teachers. The teachers are very well qualified and experienced. Even in online mode, the teachers teach us in a very nice and superb manner. So that every student got cleared about each and every topic. Semester exams were taken after 4-5 months as our sessions were started late due to covid. The exams are not too tough as they are online exams. Therefore, passing online exams is easy according to me.

Internships Opportunities

4

Various intership opportunities cone to our college. Some of them are Ifortis, Inglu , NGos , etc. The roles which are offered are basically social media marketing, content writing, blogging, HR Trainee, etc. They provide stipend and LOR based on the performance of the candidate.

Placement Experience

3.5

The students from 3rd year are highly eligible for placements. Various companies visit our college for placements. I can't rate the percentage of students getting placements. I want to give CAT exam after my graduation and wanted to pursue M.Ba.

Fees and Financial Aid

The appropriate fees for one year of the Bcom Programm are 16,500. I applied for National scholarship portal and I got the scholarship. In this scholarship each year you have to renew it and each year you are going to get 10,000. I didn't get any job yet from my college because I have just completed my first year. But in future I will get jobs. But in first, I got intership opportunities and there is placement cell which is basically for providing internship opportunities to students.

Campus Life

3

We have not such amazing campus life because due to covid. We were not able to go to college. But yes the events and activities were conducted online in a very amazing manner. There are various social groups in our college and societies such as Dhara society, Ritva society, Student for Seva society, and many more.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Subjects like Law, Management, HRM and Economics really influence my choice for this course. The law and economics part was really something that garb my attention as well as excite me the most. It really helped in understanding HR policies in depth which helped me really world a lot. The curriculum should include more practical and technical subjects which will help in the corporate world too. The exam timings were usually 2 to 3 hours max. And the exam also doesn't come too hard to pass.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum of Janki Devi Memorial College is quiet relevant and covers the important areas of the subject in a structured way one of the reasons I preferred this course was it is designed according to Delhi University standards and the syllabus is recognise and useful for higher studies the combination of theory papers skill enhancement courses and internal assessment help in building clear understanding of the subject. The curriculum helps in writing resources and critical thinking skills which are useful not only in exams but also for future academic and professional work at the same time, I feel that adding move practical sessions, workshop, or more project based learning with me the course more engaging and closed to Real world applications. Exams are held in the form of internal assessment during semester and final University exam at the end.Exams schedule is manageable and the difficult level is moderate.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course ciriculum for bcom is good and covers major aspects like accounts, business law, management, ethics. It help understand the basic concepts and useful for future studies Ciriculum is relevant but somtimes it feel more theory based rather than a practical aprroach. More practical exposure and skill based subjects can be added There might be some needed improvement in teaching as we learn account's and management it feels boring teacher can make it interesting if theu improve their methods Exam happens every 4 month after the end semester the timing of exam is good my 1st sem happened at the December whole month the difficult was not much high my account paper was difficult as it was more tricky but the difficult was managable
