Remarks
I intended to get my MBA from a prestigious institution after graduating. This college appealed to me since it guarantees 100% placement for management students. This Institute has several positive features, such as excellent infrastructure and sanitary canteens. My CAT score and a personal interview were used to determine my admission to this institute. My college's admissions method is far too simple, since I finished my registration first, then my CAT and undergraduate grades were taken into account for the short listing process. I also went through the GD and PI rounds after being shortlisted. Finally, I was accepted into this college.
Course Curriculum Overview
The professors are well-educated and approachable. The MBA course curriculum is designed in accordance with current industry trends. The majority of the teachers in higher positions are older (around 50-60 years). All of them are highly qualified, with the majority having completed their PhDs at IITs and extensive expertise in the area. Some professors excel in instructing and imparting knowledge to their pupils. They make every effort to ensure that the student comprehends the material completely. However, some of the lecturers that come to teach that just copy paste their notes on the board and go. Internal assessment, viva written examinations, and internal assessment were all taken into account for the students' final evaluation.
Internships Opportunities
Students can participate in paid summer internships. Berger paints, ICICI banks, HDFC bank, ICICI prudential, byjus, jaro education, and more firms visit the campus for placements. I had a good learning experience.
Placement Experience
Management students are guaranteed 100% placement at the institute. In the last three years, over 120 firms have visited the Institute. In 2018, the biggest package offer was 36 LPA, while the average package given to us was 20 LPA. Accenture, Cognizant, IBM, Flipkart, Amazon, Infosys, HCL Technologies, and a slew of other major hiring firms visited our campus. After graduating from MNNIT, I intend to establish my own business after i get a job and accumulate some capital.
Fee Structure And Facilities
In comparison to other NITs, the overall fees for the MBA programme at this institute are relatively inexpensive. The yearly costs for this Institute's MBA programme, including all additional fees, were 150000 rs per year. We also have the option of paying the payments in instalments. In addition, my college provides a scholarship programme for students who are financially disadvantaged. The scholarship is offered by the Uttar Pradesh government, a few corporations, and other state governments, and there are additional scholarship programmes for different courses.
Campus Life
Campus life is enjoyable. The girl-to-boy ratio is 80:850. There is no student union or party, and the college administration forbids students from forming one so that they may do anything they want with no one to speak up against them. There are numerous groups established by our seniors, such as the electronics society and the computer society, which organize classes on placement-related issues and teach coding languages. One positive aspect of college is that there is no discrimination on any grounds. Everyone is treated the same. In college management, there is no political involvement. Our college has excellent sports facilities. Our college teams are extremely talented in every sport, and they consistently win awards wherever they compete. The library was rather large and had all of the necessary handbooks, project books, and notebooks for the students. Many clubs and organizations were created on campus as well. With one of my pals, I had joined the cultural group.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel does not meet NIT's standards. We had three-seater rooms. Every year, the students are assigned the same old hostels. Two new mega hostels are being built, so maybe the situation will improve. We pay a very cheap hostel cost. The food isn't that good either but since we're paying a lot less then one shouldn't expect more from it anyway.
