NIT-JSR Rocks

you have to pass NIMCET for taking admission in NIT_JSR. your rank should be below 620 if you belong to General Quota. there is no age restriction but yes you have some UG restriction as you have Maths and Stats. in 1 sem or year at least to fill the form. As I have taken admission in Covid Period so all the counselling process has been completed from home only. they provide you with a 10-12 pages admission form you have to fill it and attached all the mentioned documents and mail it to NIT-JSR. Simply this is the only task you have to do for admission along with that they share a link to pay the Fee. as for counselling you have submitted 10k so you have to submit a total fee-10k.

MCA is for those who for any reason failed to grab NITs via JEE. you got the opportunity to be part of India's one of the Prestigious universities having a Great Placement Record. NIT_JSR have separate faculty than BTech. I think 9-10 faculty:90 students is the ratio there. They are Highly Qualified in their particular Subjects some of them were Gold Medalists in their time. If you were regular and Punctual you will definitely score good marks.

You got some lesser opportunity for Intern as compared to Placement but you got. companies like Codenation, Flynfin, Amazon recruit for SDE intern. for intern you have to be master in DSA, ALGO, OOPS have some projects on it. these will make a nice impact on the recruiter. So. I suggest be ready from the first day and prepare yourself from the first day to grab an intern.

from 4 sem you are eligible for Placements whereas from 3rd one you are eligible for Intern. You got the opportunity and if you work hard then definitely you end up with great placement in some MNCs Product Based Companies. Amazon, Avalara, FlynFin, RollesRoyal, and many more. and the CTCs were between the range 7 to 29 approx. If you are talented you will surely get one. I plan to get an intern in the 3rd sem and try some big companies like GOOGLE, MS etc.

The fee is Lil bit high in Mca across all NITs and if you can apply for your state scholarship that's great otherwise there is no Scholarship or Financial Assistance provided by the college one thing is you can get Edu. Loan easily if you try. Placement is good in NIT-JSR approx 100% of students placed till the time.

these all features are available as I said earlier you are in India's one of the Prestigious College different Societies is responsible for all the activities for MCA people there is a specific society also named SCA. They organise Tech Fest regularly and distribute goodies as prizes too. Sports activities also are there in NIT_JSR. if you are interested.

As we are in a Covid situation I don't have visited the Hostel yet but surely as the Hostel is brand new. So it will be awesome. Once I visited I Post that experience also. I visited once for document verification so on that basis the area where NIT_JSR is held is actually nice, greenery and kinda developed so you got rented rooms or PG easily.
