Remarks

I had applied for DARRANG COLLEGE, Mangaldai College, B.Baruah College The Reason For Not Attending Was I wasn't on the merit list of two colleges but I was on the merit list in mangaldai college but I prefer Kharupetia College because it is close to my home. I Have Availed Quota Of OBC when I took Admission. I got Admission for free like others. The Admission Criteria was atleast 50 Percent to be in the merit list and the minimum age for taking admission in B.A was 18. The Admission Process Was So Simple And Good.

Course Curriculum Overview

The Reason Of My Selection of This Course Was I Like History And Like to study it well and Want to know more about the past. The Faculty And Students Ratio Is 1: 30. The Faculties are Well-qualified And Well behaving Natured. The Teachers Are Very Humble And Very Friendly. The Teaching Method That Our Teacher Follow Is Great in that they practically Show Examples and Make Things Easier To Us. Exams took at right time and exams are easy to pass.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 3000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The Fee Structure Of the College Is at Atleast 3000/year And Admission Is Totally Free. There Is No Fees Hike. The Fee Is As Low As Everyone Can Afford. I have Recieved an amount for buying books in every semester of 1500. Which was pretty helpful. There Is No Counseling And No Placement Service Available in the College.

Campus Life

" Barhikh Satro Somaruh" Is The Name Of The Annual Function Which We Celebrate With Joy. There Are Many Competitions Of Singing dancing Etc Arranged . There Is No Lack Of Books And Journals In the Library, I can found any book-related my course. There Are Many Journals Available here and Daily Newspapers Also Of 3 Language.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My aim in life is to be a professor and a poet and I think Literature degree is the best way for it. The aspects of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose this course got to be how well the syllabus is made, allowing us to improve everyday. One can prepare for competitive exams well. The curriculum enhances our speaking abilities, grammar, our social interactions and make us better intellectually, which is again, very beneficial for the future because nowadays, the world needs personality development and this curriculum help boost that. hmm, i think, the improvements needed got to be that when assignments are turned in, they should make sure to check if it's AI written or human since some students use AI and get marks because the souce is not checked. Timing of the exams are not frequent, It gives us time to prepare. CT 1 is held 2 months after the semester starts, CT 2 is held 1 month after CT 1 and the end semester exam is held in the end.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Since the uni. board has opted to follow the NEP 2020, the syllabus and the course patterns are very detailly picked for each semester. This education policy also has and lets students to take equal opportunities in learning a subject out of their honours paper, by letting them choose a wide range of common papers that might help in ability enhancement, skill enhancement, multidisciplinary and value added courses. This broadens a students level of expertise too. So its a great way of learning I'd say.

°I was In DARRANG college But It Is Far Away From My Home And I'm Was Not Comfortable On That College Then I Took A Gap Of One Year And Take Admission In Kharupetia College.
