Admission process - After the CAT percentile, the college announced the cut-off marks, and accordingly eligible students are called for the interview process. Generally, eligible candidate to the actual seat is in the ratio of 1 is to 10-14. The admission process includes group discussion and personal interviews.

During the initial days, most of the faculty were from IIM Indore, it was a blessing in disguise. The best part was even though it was a new college but our mentor institute - IIM Indore made sure that academics is never compromised and we got the best faculty from IIM A, B, C, L, I, and even from MDI, FMS.

The average stipend was 25k per month, while I went on a project with the Indian Institute of Science and the University of Amsterdam. The project was Kumbh Mela at Ujjain, it was a very wonderful experience in terms of studying and understanding people's movement and facilities by Govt with SERVQUAL analysis.

After 1st semester they are eligible for an internship, while placement starts after 1st year. The company start visiting campus from Jul once the second-year batch starts while the internship starts from around Oct. The college has a dedicated campus placement drive in Nov. in 2017 offered to student ratio was around 1.4 with 100 percent placement.

Fees have been hiked in last two years and people have mixed view regarding it, my personal opinion you cant calculate the investment in education with short term ROI. It's more than that and considering the exposer level and investment from college side fees hikes are justified in a similar fashion we expected and annual appraisal. The college has complete financial support in terms of placement drive, industry connects and student activities. Got placed in Reliance Jio as a Business Manager.

Annual fest - Ethos HR/Business conclave - Marmagya, generally from Nov - Feb Multiple clubs; Vanijya - Finance, operation, CDC - Consultancy and Data Analytics, Marketing student group - SAC, placecom, glossarium, Kalakriti. All activities are run by students starting from placement, sports, activities, website, social media and academic. It helps in grooming leadership skills and management.

The food menu is decided by the student mess committee. Any quality issue is resolved on the very same day. Initially, it was rented at season but now moved near Hirakud dam. But everyone has an individual room with good water and electricity supply, Initially faced net issue but was resolved in a month.

Percentile cut off - 94 While college always thinks about gender, experience, industry mix while selecting candidates so that a class can have diverse and rich experiences and viewpoints to discuss.
