PEC its a brand in pondicherry

I was doing counselling through josha so in the 1st CSAB round I got civil engineering in pondicherry engineering college as I have 91.375 %ile so in this u can get civil, mechanical, mechatronics, chemical, as civil was my priority in these above I got that only. All admission process was online due to covid and was much easy, all will call you and contact if some documents not matched or something like this happens.

I got this college from josha it having a beautiful campus near the sea, teachers are very friendly cooperative, and highly educated but a little lazy too but this you will see in every college. They will try all way to make you understand. The exam will be held timely and internals is a little easy but endsem papers are really tough.

As I m a second year student I don't know much about it but till the end of 3rd year, we have to do 2 projects and some extra courses too. In which college will help you as much they can they will provide you with the account of different sites from where you can do courses and different platforms for internships too.

After the 2nd year you will get a chance to sit in interviews of company, many companies visit this college each year, even there is an electronic company of japan who used to hire 30 students each year from this college. You will get good placement opportunities. You can get a package of 6 to 18 lacs that totally depends on your performance.

The fee for this college is 1.5 lakh per year. I haven't got any scholarship till now but I applied for 2 and there r many scholarships available in which you can apply like for girls, for handicapped, for sc, sts many scholarships colleges ll provide you and they'll tell u to apply for external scholarships too.

NSS-its a social welfare club where u get the opportunity to do social activities they will provide you certification for it too Cultural club-it a club which grows your writing skills and a competition they organize every month. Ncc, Photography club, Robotics club.

Hostel rooms are ok type having green environment as I m from Bihar I opted for a hostel to live and mess too. You will get mostly south dishes but in the hostel but as students are only who take care of food and all of the hostel so you can make a change in it.
