The labs are given more impprtance than the theory which is a brilliant thing. Teachers, like every college, some are really nice and well educated, others don't know shit. But you have to study on your own and its cery easy to pass but difficult to score good.

I have no idea it might provide in 3rd year, it is mandatory for every student to get internship in summer break of 3rd year! I am in second right now so no clue regarding the internship programme.

90% of the college gets placement and mostly an average student gets a package of 3.5 lacks. Some nice companies come and select 6 students with really nice packages but you have to be exceptionally good even to sit for it! First, there is and exam which you have to clear and then there is PI. (Personal interview).

There are a few societies. Dance and dramatic society of this college are active. Rest aren't. But they perform mostly outside the college, our fest is boring. No such technical society is active and then there is annual festival but overall nobody really cares about it.

The internals (theory)are of 25 marks. 15 marks depending upon how much you scored in your sessionals and 10 marks depend upon your attendance, class behaviour, etc. External theory-75 marks examination. Internal practical-40 marks, external practical-60 marks.

take CET exam. Rank should be under 2000 since its the best college of IP university. Fill the form, submit it, they shall call you. If you are not getting the stream of your choice I'd suggest you to wait for spot round counselling!

The faculty, like I said, some are well educated and know how to teach and others will refuse to clear your doubts and will ask you to mass bunk the class. Its like any other college not exceptionally good and not even bad. Depends on your luck what kind of teachers you get.
