Remarks

I choose to pursue my MBA programme from the DOMS, IIIT ROORKEE as the department was very keen on providing a quality education services to the students, even the faculty are super talented and knowledgeable. Placements are significantly great and admission process is conducted very smoothly. My admission for the MBA programme was done based on CAT scores followed by PI.

Course Curriculum Overview

The MBA curriculum has been divided into 4 semesters with many electives which can be selected by the students depending upon their specializations. The institute has a dedicated team of faculty who provide a great education services to the students theoretically as well as practically.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 819000 per year

Placement Experience

The placements committee at the DOMS for the MBA programme grooms the students in the best way by organising various mock-up events and activities. The institute invites prominent international as well as domestic recruiters who employ the students in higher rate. Placements records gets higher every year with all the students of MBA batch getting placed at reputed organizations. Even the institute recorded its highest CTC at INR 18.68 LPA.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of the MBA programme is INR 8.19 lacs in total for 2 years. The amounnt covers almost all the fee structure. However, the IIT has network with industry sponsors and government agencies who offer scholarships and financial assistance in various schemes.

Campus Life

The campus infrastructure of DOMS is limited but is well-equipped with all the necessary facilities inside and outside the campus premises such as the air-conditioned and well-furnished classrooms with projector facilities, video conference facilities, auditorium, seminar halls, computer labs, finance labs, medical room facilities, mess facilities, residential hostels, 24x7 Wi-Fi availability, etc.

Placement Experience:

In digital marketing nearly 90% it the students are placed in top startup companies like the Boat, Minimalist and all who needs digital presence to sell their products. Jobs offered are of 50-80k a month and for MBA freshers this is a kind package.

Campus life

Placement Experience:

For masters student student from 3rd semester are eligible for the campus placement. For bachelor students from 6-7 semester students are eligible for the campus placement. Federal bank, taj hotel, Techmutant software solutions, cradlewise, patanjali, etc. many more companies are there which visit the campus. There is 60-70% criteria for students to get the placement as 60% are the eligibility criteria for many companies and some companies have 70% eligibility criteria for the placement. Our university has 85% placement in dehradun region as compared to other universities. My plans are taking a good job and work hard to become independent.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate is around 90%. Students become eligible for campus placements from the start of 3rd semester, although you can get in earlier through summer internship and ppos. Overall average package is around 8 lakh. Top 15% students get 14-17 lakh. Highest package for this year was 33 lakh. Many top companies like Amazon, Adani, EY, PwC, KPMG, Accenture, Adobe, Microsoft, Infosys, BlueDart, Dell, Deloitte, Genpact and more come to the campus. I aim on getting into big 4 consulting firms.

i think from 3 rd semsester students are eligble for campus placements iam from 1 sem thats why i didnt eligble for that higest is like 20 lakhs and lowest is 3 lakhs per anam they show 90 percent but actually only 10 percent of students get placed i am planning to get a job ncr

Placement Experience:

At the end of end semesters college started to get internship and their are a number of them of every type. Students should choose it of any kind. For placement companies started to come in collage in 3rd semesters and one should apply for placement. Till now many companies were there including 99acers, Arvind fasion, Wipro, Google and so on.

The institute stands at the 6th position among management colleges as per NIRFs evaluation.Applications for MBA program of DOMS IIT Roorkee are accepted for two categories of candidates namely those applying on the basis of CAT score and the other category of IIT Graduates who were admitted through JEE Advance examination. DOMS Roorkee experience of MBA

I applied for this position through the IIT Roorkee website and paid an Rs.1600 application fee. Admission was made solely on the basis of merit and personality. I attempted the CAT exam twice in order to meet the cut-off, and on the second attempt, I was successful. MBA programme of IIT Roorkee

Actually I did my graduation from NIT Delhi and also wanted to maintain my MBA standard upto that for which IIT Roorkee was a great option. Management department of this institute is known for its high placements and also has AICTE approval.
