Course Curriculum Overview

PhD is a research driven course and the highest level of formal education a person can have. And to pursue that from an institute of national importance is unprecedented with anything else. The teaching methods are world class here.

Internships Opportunities

I personally have not opted for an internship, yet. But from the reviews and discussions, it was established that the internships are technically sound, financial satisfying and socially regarded. The project level of internships goes beyond the boundaries of continents, sometimes the planet itself.

The students need not trouble about the placements and after-college life. The institute prepares every student to excel in every domain of life that at the end of their academic degree, the are bound to get stable and successful career options.

This college gives campus placements but the ratio of getting any placement is low . Only a few students get placement from the college andnthe average package is 4lakhs to 5lakhs . And many companies offer placements in the campus

Our college provides placements for students, bring avg companies to college drive. Students are eligible for it once they in 3rd year. Companies visited to our college are Infosys, tech mahindra, cisco, etc they gave avg package of 3.5lac per year to 8.5lacs per year.

I chose this course because it a demanding and has a bright future I cant say the ratio but I can tell there an about 28boys and 13 girls something and the teaching method as quit modern and understanding after every 6 months there are term exams and it's not so difficult if your studied but it was fun because the teacher is quite good.

Remarks:

IIT Bombay is one of the best institutions in India. As per my best experience, it has the best organizational structure with very well managed. The bad point of campus life is a lot of freedom to students sometimes raises the question in my mind about the morals of the student graduating from the campus.

I applied for other iit's also but choose to stick with iit bombay because of the amount of resources , clubs , tech teams and the professors here. For addmission in IIT Bombay, u need to clear JEE advanced. Irrespective of branch for general male maximum rank is around 3.5k for general female it is around 6k.
