What Students Say

Likes

Good college and good people are amazing

Course Curriculum Overview

Good course good internal exams good teachers good lifestyle very good college especially gor students , very entertaining college and easy to score marks . Always join this college if you have the choice

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 1000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Very good college everyone must join . I recommend everyone to join this college . Such an amazing college. Join this college qs soon as possible . One of the best college in the world . Take admission now

Campus Life

Very boring classes . Depressing atmosphere. Unhygienic classes , no events only paid events like small small one ( mini miltia , efootball , and all ). People use to go to the events only to skip classes and get attendance

Admission

Actually i joined here just because i wanted botanical engineering. I got stuck here , the wont give our documents such as +2 certificate, TC ,CC nothing till we pay the full course fees . So i cant leave and i got stuck onto this college

Faculty

Well approachable to the teachers, 90% of the faculties are good including HOD , principal and teachers. There is good teachers here. Also they teach us anything. We have to do seminar in the class . Thats how we enjoy

Night Life

Night life is pretty good, there are gyms and many restaurants nearby also the view is good since it is situated on top of the mountain. Hostel time is 8:30 you have to be in hostel before that. after that you can't enter or leave

Chill and kill boredom at Somaiya Clg

Likes

The campus,,, Somaiya has best college campus with lot of activities area in it
The Sittings accross the campus is really student friendly
Canteens were supper affordable for students for food accessibility

Dislikes

The cordination given by management of college, They were so rude all the time idk y

Course Curriculum Overview:

Literature gave me insights to the history and a different pov on the situations happened Literature sharpens the thought process we can have in real world scenarios which are quite unique tbh. Its just too much of theory, if could update it and make it somehow relavent to today situation, it would be fun learning it

The department and head teaches well and helps student everytime and there are many fest and culture and clubs too

Dislikes

Just the space is not good like congested, other than nothing

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is up to dated also including amazing practicals and computer labs too. Real world application is amazing and the course with having practical experiment gives the experience, Next we also have excursion cum study trip around nearby gardens which is a fun way to learn and enjoy at the same time. Exams are in a way that helps to evaluate the students expereince and knowledge.

COLLEGE REVIEW OF IBSAR BELAPUR

Likes

The good thing about this college is affordability and how quick the admission process is.
Teachers are friendly too, there is no mandatory attendance rule and the lecs are conducted three days a week for mca students which gives them the freedom to work or switch between lecs and personal things
The feedbacks of students are taken seriously and the staff is changed accordingly. Students can freely talk to faculty about the performance of teachers and quality of education.

Dislikes

There is no campus in this college which limits student activities for events or other things.since the lecs are not conducted daily or as like other colleges , very less class count is there which affects the interactivity as well.
The quality of infrastructure is not quite good as the college is there in two floors of the building only. Campus amenities are average as well. There aren't much opportunities as such in this college like industrial level or any.
If anyone wants to experience and actually college life with the whole campus experience, events , activities or other things ,this college isn't a good fit

Placement Experience:

During the admission the students are told that in semester four , just students are eligible for campus placements and some of the companies come for a placements and even the undergraduate students are placed . The name of the companies that come for the placement include Vector ,HDFC Bank etc but in admission pamplets huge company names are provided like infosys, wipro, etc. the average packages are 300000 -500000 per year. The cgpa of students should be higher than 7. I am planning for an on campus as well as off campus placements.
