Entrance Preview

No entrance exam but i attended the counselling and got cleared in the first counselling. I opted for graphic era because it is the top college in our state and ranked 7 all over india and this college has also got many international award.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is very good as i love machines. We learn about different machines and their working principles.Also in mechanical engineering we solve different type of numericals in the aspect of machines. We learn about different machines like lathe machine this is the very basic machines in my course. It is also known as the mother of all machines.

Internships Opportunities

Our college provide internship for various course programmes like in B.tech they provide internship to egypt, africa and italy. Also they provide each and everything to a student who so ever gets internship. As i am in first year so we are not eligible to get internship so i do not have any experience to share.

Placement Experience

If we had good marks in our course then we get a opportunity to work in top companies of the world. Many companies come like yamaha, hero, tvs, wipro, accenture, ashok leyland and many more companies come and select the students according to their requirement.

Exam Structure

After every three month there is a mid term exam and after every 6 month there are final semester exams. Only theoretic exam are not conducted but also practical exams are conducted very seriously in graphic era college. The teachers are very strict during the exam.

Faculty

All the faculty of the college graphic era are highly educated. The faculty of B.tech are maximum M.tech qualified from IIT college. And maximum faculty have their degree of phd doctraite degree.

"Overall, a satisfying college experience"

Placement Experience:

In our college students become elegible for placement after 5th and 6th sem . Preplacement drive such as aptitude test , coding session, group discussion may start from 4th sem . I'm not sure wether i take placement from my college or by myself but my goal after completing my degree is to take a repotative job as software engineer.

The feeling of being in IIT Roorkee

Placement Experience:

Placements are good as you all know its IIT. The avg package of all branches is still around 20 LPA . For CS its around 35-40 LPA. And for all other branches its greater than 15 LPA. Im a first year student so i have not seated in placement but there are so many companies that visit iit roorkee for placements, like google,microsoft, ibm, oracle, etc Highest package secured by a student this year is 1.5 crore. Nearly 95 percent of students get placed every year for sure. My plans after degree is to get placed and do my job.

Is it one of the best private college ?

Placement Experience:

Placements are really good here many companies comes at campus every year each year the number of companies increases and the highest package is about 32LPA and students are allowed from 7 semester to enroll in campus placement program 100% placement is assured if u are scoring more than 7.5 CGPA and having no backlogs at all my plans are to get degree and try to get the campus placement if possible

Life around Campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

B.tech Cse course is good as I see that AI rises quickly in this generation which looks good for future. College must increase lab for more practical exercises in labs for better learning, Timings must ne atleast 2 to 3 hour's for better learning.

Overall good college according to fees

Placement Experience:

After completing second year means 4 th semester the students usually start to do the internship and usually the students from 5-6 semester become eligible for the campus placements , there are various companies that visited here like wipro, microsoft, hdfc , intallipat, etc . I don't know about the number of offers but the highest package offered here was 40 lakhs per annum.

IIT ROORKEE - A SCRUPULOUS REVIEW

Placement Experience:

Iit roorkee provide better Placement opportunities than any other college. It has it's placement and intership cell . Gold man Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, graviton and quantbox are the big recruiters which visit my college. Placement are good with average package of 1800000 per annum. If someone don't get on campus then cell helps in getting off campus placement. Enormous amd strong alumini network helps in getting off campus placement.
