Remarks

Nirma University maintains a rigorous selection process in case of faculty. The institute's facility and placement process is also good. Candidates should pass a B.E or B.Tech degree from a recognized institute or its equivalent CGPA followed by GATE score and PI is necessary for the admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

This course has four semesters. In the first year there is basic knowledge about the technical sides of respective course and in the second year different assignments are done. The faculty of this institute help students to become industry experts.

Placement Experience

The institute witnessed 100% placement in recent year. More than 85 companies participated in the placement drive. The highest CTC is INR 19.1 LPA and average is INR 9 LPA. Some recruiting companies are - Infosys, Reliance, HDFC Bank etc .

Fee Structure And Facilities

The total fee structure of this course is INR 5,06,000. The students of this institute can get scholarships from various government agencies. Their satisfactory CGPA in per semester is of the criteria of getting scholarship. GATE and non GATE candidates are given INR 12,400 and 5,000 per month respectively.

Placement Experience:

Student of last year is eligible for campus placements. Maruti Technolab, eInfochips, Crest Data System, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Simform, AllianceTek Inc, etc.. are some of the companies visited for placements. Highest package is of Amazon having 25 LPA and average package can be 4.5 LPA. &0% of student were getting placed. My plan is to get job in MNC company as AI engineer role.

Students are eligible for placement from 1st sem itself.Companies like John deer ,Bajaj, Mahindra , Akash institute ,Unacademy (Ed tech platform) visited our campus for our branch.For Civil branch , L and T ,Linde,Midas e.t.c companies visited.For electrical and electronics ,HP,Intel,Microsoft e.t.c visited. Highest package offered was Rs 40 lpa. and average package is Rs 6 lpa.Mostly companies are offering role of PGET .Approximate 70% students got placement through campus.I got placed in Unacademy as a educator of NEET physics with a package of Rs 10 lpa.

Reality of Nirma University

I gave my JEE Mains Exam in 2021 and i also appeared for various exams like VITEEE and BITSAT. I got selected in VIT Vellore under Computer Science domain. I also got selected in MIT WPU Pune under Electronics and Communication. The reason i chose this college is for its extensive infrastructure and placement records. I looked for Return of investment rather than how high the average placement is. Nirma also good at Education?? Or only at washing powder ??

My first choice is LD Engineering college, ahmedabad. LDCE is best for Mechanical, electrical students thats why I applied there but LDCE doesn't have much seats on JEE quota so I doesn't make it . Rather than LDCE I applied for PDEU and I Got ICT there but I Choose Nirma mechanical over PDEU ICT , because PDEU's culture is not good , Not much difference between placements of Nirma Mechanical and ICT of PDEU ....Read More
