Remarks

I pursued my MBA programme from DOMS IIT Roorkee and I was quite impressed with the faculty, their way of teaching methodology. I must admit that the institute is very good in terms of providing quality education, impressive placements, challenging and rigorous curriculum, highly qualified and experienced faculties, etc. However, the institute accepts CAT scores for admission and my admission was done based on CAT scores followed by PI.

Course Curriculum Overview

The MBA finance programme was purely designed to give students an overview about the global finance strategy, and structure. The course focuses on imparting a great deal of knowledge to the students. The faculty of DOMS are also very qualified and supportive. They provide a fruitful learning experience. I must admit that the teaching methodology was unique and understandable.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 410000 per year

Placement Experience

Students of DOMS IIT Roorkee get placed under reputed organizations and it is all possible because of the placement committee. The institute invites prominent companies so that they hire eligible students. Some of the major recruiters who participated in the 2021 placement drive were- Deloitte, EY, Paytm, Axtria, NatWest, ICICI Bank, HCL, Vedanta, Infosys, and etc. The institute recorded its highest CTC at INR 19 LPA.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The first year fee structure of the MBA programme is INR 4.1 lacs in total and it is INR 8. 19 lacs in total for 2years. However, the institute has tie-ups with banks to offer education friendly loans, government agencies to provide financial assistance and scholarships.

Campus Life

The campus infrastructure of the DOMS IIT Roorkee is located within the IIT Roorkee campus which is facilitated with amazing and luxurious facilities for the students. The institute has a well-equipped computer center, finance lab, innovation centre, well-furnished classrooms with Projector facilities, video conference facilities, 24x7 internet accessibility, etc.

Placement Experience:

In digital marketing nearly 90% it the students are placed in top startup companies like the Boat, Minimalist and all who needs digital presence to sell their products. Jobs offered are of 50-80k a month and for MBA freshers this is a kind package.

Placement Experience:

For masters student student from 3rd semester are eligible for the campus placement. For bachelor students from 6-7 semester students are eligible for the campus placement. Federal bank, taj hotel, Techmutant software solutions, cradlewise, patanjali, etc. many more companies are there which visit the campus. There is 60-70% criteria for students to get the placement as 60% are the eligibility criteria for many companies and some companies have 70% eligibility criteria for the placement. Our university has 85% placement in dehradun region as compared to other universities. My plans are taking a good job and work hard to become independent.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate is around 90%. Students become eligible for campus placements from the start of 3rd semester, although you can get in earlier through summer internship and ppos. Overall average package is around 8 lakh. Top 15% students get 14-17 lakh. Highest package for this year was 33 lakh. Many top companies like Amazon, Adani, EY, PwC, KPMG, Accenture, Adobe, Microsoft, Infosys, BlueDart, Dell, Deloitte, Genpact and more come to the campus. I aim on getting into big 4 consulting firms.

i think from 3 rd semsester students are eligble for campus placements iam from 1 sem thats why i didnt eligble for that higest is like 20 lakhs and lowest is 3 lakhs per anam they show 90 percent but actually only 10 percent of students get placed i am planning to get a job ncr

Placement Experience:

At the end of end semesters college started to get internship and their are a number of them of every type. Students should choose it of any kind. For placement companies started to come in collage in 3rd semesters and one should apply for placement. Till now many companies were there including 99acers, Arvind fasion, Wipro, Google and so on.

The institute stands at the 6th position among management colleges as per NIRFs evaluation.Applications for MBA program of DOMS IIT Roorkee are accepted for two categories of candidates namely those applying on the basis of CAT score and the other category of IIT Graduates who were admitted through JEE Advance examination. DOMS Roorkee experience of MBA

I applied for this position through the IIT Roorkee website and paid an Rs.1600 application fee. Admission was made solely on the basis of merit and personality. I attempted the CAT exam twice in order to meet the cut-off, and on the second attempt, I was successful. MBA programme of IIT Roorkee

Actually I did my graduation from NIT Delhi and also wanted to maintain my MBA standard upto that for which IIT Roorkee was a great option. Management department of this institute is known for its high placements and also has AICTE approval.
