Entrance Preview
I had appeared for the internal college entrance exam held for BCS .I don't remember the score but there was a minimum requirement of 80% in your 12th boards exam along with entrance passing marks. I got through in second waiting list of Outside Maharashtra quota. I opted this college because my grandpa friends & many renowned personalities had been to this college & this was NAAC accredited A++ grade college. Who would say no to it. I came from Bihar & was looking for best among all.
Course Curriculum Overview
We never had a skipped lecture or absenteeism from any professor. Even though there were single student in the class lecture used to be held. Timely feedback form was given to us to review our teachers. Infrastructure was great. The library was well equipped with important books and ample no of copies . So we hardly had to buy any reference books.
Internships Opportunities
Yes they provided internship via different placement drives in campus. So students rarely had to bunk lectures to attend company interviews. Average stipend during my course was 5k.
College Events
Traditional day , Panorama international students event, Farewell , Freshers day, Independence Day, Republic day, Teachers day, Mismatch day Tie day , Rose day. The traditional day was a huge event with Dj and whole campus looking like a big fat wedding . Panorama was another grand event for foreign students showcasing their music and dance talents of their country.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It's feasible except for foreign students . I was charged 2 k more than Maharashtrian students under outside Maharashtra quota. The duration to pay the fees were adequate . The attendance were crucial part of academics and students used to get letters at home for not attending lectures.
Fees and Financial Aid
Don't remember of any such incident. But there were scholarship program for students with financial crisis. Also there were fees discount for these students . There were loan and bank facility inside campus and the students were given enough time to pay the fee.
Exam Structure
Intervals were objective hence scoring. Practicals were seriously taken. Timing was suitable for lecture and practical with much gaps between both. Exams and lectures were properly scheduled and the course was completed much in advance before semester exams.
Admission
I got through admission entrance and 12th grade score. Admission process was simple and we just had to submit attested copies of all mark sheet , TC and fees via draft . Handbook and fee receipt was allotted as a proof of admission. The admission process were organised and counselling happened just like any professional entrance exam.
