Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

While searching on internet I got to know about this course that's where I earned interest for this course that made choose this course. The practical knowledge shared by the faculty at their best helps for real life applications but still practical knowledge is gained beyond college course pattern which can be gain in internships. By providing more practical knowledge beyond the theory part of the course may help students greatly by learning real life experiences. Exams are usually held by morning at the college timing (9:30 am).

Internships Opportunities

3

Internship provided by the college is just for experience hence it is not a paid internship. The collaboration of college with other hospitals and industries provide internship to the students for a group of students based on their skills and talent.

Fees and Financial Aid

Have to pay ?40000 per year for 3 years and which includes tuition fees, admission fees etc. During semester exams,?2000 have to be paid in order to write university exams. Fees must be completed at least 75% within 2 months after reopening of college. Everyone has to pay full fees regardless of caste categories however, you might get concession on merit based marks in HSC

Campus Life

5

There are many clubs among which each club holds different activities and seminars depending on the occasion. Books of almost every course are available in wide range. Teachers teaches on a white board but during peer teaching or explaining practical knowledge they use projector in the class. Indoor games like chess, carrom, table tennis and pool are available, during annual sport event outdoor games as well as indoor games are held. As I mentioned above, there are many clubs which are under students for every club there are 8-12 members. Every clubs has individual account on Instagram where they share recent events pictures held by those clubs. These help students learn management and skills regarding their roles

Hostel Facilities

1.5

When I took admission in this college I looked for hostel or pg but the prices are extremely high for a student (10k per month) for single room which had only bed and almirah. Quality of meal is very poor. Near Sadar and KP ground where mostly students live in a single room has very high prices and low availability of local needs

Admission

I applied in Jajoo college for BCA but since I was a general science student (PCB) the BCA required (PCBM) students. I didn't get admission in that college, after that I searched for many course but this specific course grabbed my attention (FND) I applied here and got admission

Faculty

3.5

All the Faculty members are very professional and helpful to students. They pay special attention to students who are unable to understand and finding difficulty with academics. FND staff is professional and helps students with academics with the help of various activities involved like peer teaching, labs, field trips, etc. There are 3 unit tests (20 marks each) which occurs every month, after those 3 unit tests there's a semester exam (100 marks) the distribution are as follow : 80- written, 10- internal marks, 10- viva Exams are easy not too difficult. Usually irregular students fail to clear the exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Strong academic legacy with expereinced faculties and balanced content- preparing you for future studies and entrance exams and olympiads. very much strict, i would say not needed. somehwere you may experience baised behaviour; but when you are focused on gaining knowledge then these things dont matter as its only a matter of three years. Relevance of course is there but for applying for further studies not for that much for job prospects, if you want atleast a decent salary job.

Placement Experience:

The Placement Cell is responsible for the placement process. It is not very streamlined. Getting a job is considered tough, usually, the student has to search for it themselves. The average package offered is about 4 Lakhs which is okayish. Usually, students go for masters in Europe which is one of the best options. About 40 people apply for placements out of 180 students and out of that about 20-30 get placed.
