Dislikes
- The exam pattern is a little uncertain with it's timing keeps changing
- I hate how long we have to wait in parking due to slow lifts
- The lifts get crowded and it's terrible definitely should consider adding more lifts to the campus
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is very good it's in dept and covers every aspect of my field plus they keep adding new treading topics in my syllabus like recently we have a whole subject dedicated to gut microbes nutrition so it's in detail and very nice Exam timing is good unit happens every month and one final exam we get 1 hr for 20 mark unit test and 3hours for 60 mark final test the difficulty level is moderate
Internships Opportunities
All 45 students were given internship opportunities in hospitals i was at Arneja heart and multi-speciality hospital it was very good learning experience no stipend was involved for anyone and it was a bummer
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees is 30,000 rupees per year which covers 2 semester and scholarship facility are provided to some students depending on financial status and there cast there are additional 2000 rupees examination fees for one semester
Campus Life
There are a lot of clubs like math's club, rotary club, nutrition club, sport's club In a month atleast two events happen like sports day or lyssa a dance event etc It's good the overall social aspect of college with students and events There no official sports team or like a sports sir or any department in college We have good facilities of computers in lab and kitchen equipment in our kitchen same goes with chemistry lab
Admission
In my city Nagpur Maharashtra my college was the only college offering a bsc food nutrition dietetics degree program so didn't get a lot of options there.. one other college LAD has a diploma program of 1 year in food nutrition dietetics but I would prefer the degree over a diploma
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is good and the faculty is really good and one of the best reason to choose my college Sakina ma'am is one of my teacher who teaches us therapeutic nutrition and her teaching style and her practical knowledge makes her class very informative and excellent We have 2 semester in a year each semester include 3 class assignment exam of 20 marks which is basically unit test out of which best 2 are considered for final ranking and we have final practicals plus our final exam which is of 60 marks difficulty level is moderate of these exams
Night Life
So my college doesn't have it's own hostel the area of my college is good with lots of small cafe's around if you want to chill with friends The cafeteria is good the menu and prices are also good .ya there's no night life in college
