RCOEM from deep inside

Shri ramdeobaba college of engineering and management is overall a good college with experienced faculty members and good infrastructure well-maintained labs. The hostel is good as rooms are for two persons and mess food is hygienic and nutritional.

I chose civil engineering .most faculty members are either PhDs or postgraduate. Around 9-10 faculty have an overall experience of 30+years ( only for civil dept). The staff is well qualified like lab technicians. Rcoem holds a lot of software including licensed ones.

As per the civil dept, students need to find internships on their own. But if unable to find their college helps them to find an internship for civil dept students needs to give certificates to college for internship.

Placement at rcoem is good with around 140 companies visited last year. TCS Accenture L&T Infosys, and a much high profile company visited last year after 6th sem students are eligible to sit for campus placement highest package was 21lac/ annum.

Well, fees for UG programs differ for Sc st it's quite low for obc it's around 80k, and for the general category, it's near about 150k annually. Although facilities are provided as they are being charged. Scholarships of Maha govt are provided to all financially weak students.

Overall college life is good. RCOEM has 6 clubs where students learn new things. Pearishruti annual college fest is organized. With a lot of activities going on. RCOEM also has an NSS unit that is indulged in social work around Nagpur.

Hostels are good with students provided 1 or 2 person room according to rooms are not too big but they are well enough to live all 4 years throughout with around hostel students capacity of 300 students mess facilities are also good with food provided is of high nutritional value different food items on different days registration of hostel and mess starts after payment of fees during the start of the academic year.
