College life updates

As this college is under mumbai university so this college cannot modify syallbus in their own the have to strictly follow the university prescribe syallbus,academic timelines,rules and norms of the mumbai university. I have taken the admission in this college in the year 2024 from this year the NEP-2020 was adopted by the every indian universities and instituites. Since NEP-2020 was adopted also by mumbai university some new subjects are added to the syallabus that are oriented to financial literacy,Entreprenuianl,indian laws related subjects the syallubus of this subject is very good to see in the syallabus pdf. But the ground reality is different this subject is not given much importance by faculties the are treated as not much important subject as their are not related to our course as a result the students also take these subjects lightly.Also the professors appointed for this subjects are not much good they appoint the faculties who are recent graduates of their college who are working now as a professor in the same college. The college treat this subject lectures as an practice for the fresh faculties to gain experience of how to teach students. The core subject syallbus is same not changed the mumbai university has just changed the name of the subject. The college professors just teach the subject but they do not teach in that way that it makes us ready for real world problems.And also in the first year all the subjects are common for all the branches of the engineering which consist of subject like physics,chemistry,mechanics,Basic electrical Electronics,Engineering Graphics. It is my opinion why should an student who is studying an course called Computer Engineering so why should i read the subjects of the other branches like civil,mechanical,electrical and electronics in my first year instead of my domain subjects for whole two semester and the timespan of almost an year

The curriculum is nep based and it includes aspects of real world there are one semester end exam and one midsem and 4 CA tests for each sem all are of moderate difficulty you can pass all with some adequate study

I chose Priyadarshini College of Engineering largely due to its established reputation in Nagpur and the massive 72-acre campus infrastructure, which stands out compared to other colleges in the region. The curriculum is affiliated with RTMNU (Nagpur University), which gave me the assurance of a recognized degree

In our college students become eligible for campus placement from 3rd year, The companies like tech mahendra, infosis, Pwc, tcs etc are the companies which hire the students from our college. the highest packege of our college was 27 lpa which was few years ago but it was a off campus offer, and 12 lpa highest package on campus, the avrg package can be expect 6lpa.

AFTER 5 SEMESTER WE CAN APPLICABLR FOR SET FOR THE PLACEMENT THROUGH CAMPUS OR THROUGH OUTSIDE ALSO WE CAN APPLY FOR THE PLACEMENT. THE COMPANOS THT VIST FOR THIS COLLEGE IS ISRO,DRDO,SPACEX AND MUCHH MORE THE HIGHRST PACKAGE OF OUR COLLEGE IS 180000 NAD THE AVERAGE PACKAGE IS 400000. THE PROFILE OFFER MANUFACTURING , DESIGN, AND SO ON. MY PLAN AFTER GETTING THE DEGREE IS MASTER IN THIS COLLEGE WAS GET MASTER OPTION ALSO THAT WAS INTEGRATING PROGRAM THAT WAS 5 YEAR PROGRAM .

The placements offered by my college are outstanding compared to other colleges in my area. Almost all students become eligible for campus placements in the 7th semester. Big tech companies like Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and IBM visit the campus for recruitment. Major tech companies such as TCS, Infosys, and Capgemini hire in bulk from this college. Other non-tech companies like JCB, Tata Hitachi, and railway companies also visit the campus for core branches. Approximately 90% of students get placed in this college according to their skills. My plan after completing my degree is to get a job in a top company like Google, Microsoft, IBM, or NVIDIA and settle abroad with a luxurious life permanently.

There are so many choices of course from the college but I choose the electrical engineering in bachelor of Technology and computer engineering in bachelor of technology mechanical engineering in bachelor of Technology electronic and telecommunication engineering in bachelor of Technology and the last one data Science Engineering in bachelor of Technology this is this are the courses of our college

Placements of the college are good . They are incerasing year by year . As now college is made autonomous placement is also good in the college. Companies like TCS , CAPEGEMINI, like such big companies are also coming to college . as such college have developed the placement ratio . the higest package offered in the college was last year it was 18 lakhs . average pacakages offered in the college is betweeen 3 to 7 lakhs . but the students are geeting placed from college. Near about 70 to 80 percentage of the students are getting placed every year.

Placement are very descent in our college. From 7th semester students are eligible for placement. Wisdom sprouts, enthralled,itprenure, saffron edge,etc Highest package is 10 lpa and lowest is 2 lpa and average is 4 lpa. About 20% students get placed I want to get a job at reputed company.

from 6th semester students get eligible for placemnets and from 4th semester students get eligible for internships. Dell, Oracle Tcs and many more such companies have visited the college The highest package is 50 lpa for MCA in computer science while the highest for B.TECH CSE is 44.14 lpa. Many good companies such as J.P. Morgan and Goldmann sachs have also come here for placements. The average package is 6lpa. Approximately from Computer science across 70 to 80 percent students are getting placed every year. After my B.tech Degree I would be pursuing my Masters degree from abroad.
