Remarks

I got 50000 rank and I'm getting cse in this college so i opted for this college. It's low fees and green environment.its have big campus and provide good hostel facility. it's have very big play ground including 3 volleyball court, 2 basketball court, 1 cricket stadium, 1 race track , 1 football ground, 1 lawn tennis court, also 1 swimming pool. there is 10 hostel each hostel has own mess and common areas.

Course Curriculum Overview

its really good in terms of curriculum, as its a demmed university so term exams are quite easy to pass. faculties are helpful and cooperative. They encourage you for making projects and also arrange some useful seminars on their end.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 232000 per year

Placement Experience

almost 100% placement for those interested in placement but not higher package. infyosis, campgimni, mahindra tech, godrej, l & t, nestle, etc. they provided average package of 4 lacs. student also go for off campus and mtech.

Fee Structure And Facilities

29000 rupee each sem including hostel but you have to pay 2500 for mess each month. good scholarship opportunity if you came from financial weaker section almost 100% fee waiver for Student whose family income is less than 2.5 lacs.almost 100% placement for those interested in placement but not higher package.

Pros and Cons of LPU

Placement Experience:

In our course in bsc agriculture the placement is not that much that much good but in other courses like B.tech CSE in that courses there are the very high placements one of our senior get 2.5 CR package from LPU and one of our senior also get 3 crore package this is highest package and the average package of B.tech CSE is 5 to 10 lakh If the campus is not offering placement to me I will go for government exams or going for entrepreneurship also offers good package but not that much good the bsc agriculture sector wants needs more improve improvement in placement cell yeah that's all but if a person wants to do semester exchange also in foreign countries so over University will also provide some guidance to him and they will support the students to go for an exchange for foreign semester exchange programs and there are two many things also

The placements at LPU are decent, the University provides placements to almost every student. The placement cell here is really very active. More than 1000 companies visit LPU during placement drives providing average package of 6-7LPA in CSE field. The highest package recorded was 2.5 crore from robotics and automation and 64 LPA in CSE department. 99% of students at LPU get placed. My plan after getting the degree is to join the corporate and work as a SDE or AI/ML engineer at MNC.

I applied in sant Longowal institute of engineering and technology in first seven round but I got electronic engineering which I didn't want, so I waited for special round and then I got Computer science. I am in general so I didn't get any quota for admission but obc and sc st have quota in the college. To get into sant Longowal institute of engineering and technology, you have to give entrance exam and the cut off of the college generally goes around 130-140 for general category.
