LIFE AT ILEAD - UPS AND DOWN

A very significant reason was that I was entitled to a scholarship of 60% for my academics also my school seniors were studying here so I thought that it would be great place to study. After meeting the academic counsellor and exploring the college area I realised that I was at the right place. From sport arean to library from casablanca( Cafeteria )everything was verylavish. Apart from infrastructure the mangement and faculties were good enough , we had industry expert from various fields and with diverse knowledge and skillset. ILEAD is a part of PS group which adds leverage to its name in itself. If you want to get street smart this is the best for you as college will be giving you oppourtunity in and out of the college. As far as I remember my enhancement began in the 2nd year when I explored myself than just coming to college just to get good acads.I ACHIEVED MANY COLLEGE AWARDS . It all added to my resume and my mentors were quite happy about it.If you want to chill, explore yourself and study less then its great place for you but if you want to do some serious stuff in life then you should browse other options too but trust this formula.BBA(H) = 30%STREET SMARTNESS + 20% ACADEMICS+20% NETWORKING +20% JOB EXPERIENCE +10% PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE

BBA has a 3 year tenure. I wanted to become a manager thats why I did BBA. Ratio of student to faculty is some wher around 1: 20. MENTORS are doctorate,phd holder and industry expert in their fields .Teching method is usually narrative but they even use presentation and whiteboard. Exam happened after 6 months . It was easy to pass theory paper but practical subjects like maths, finance needed consistency.

Just start preparing from able jobs or go to any job portal you'll get itlinkedin, naukri.com, able jobsthese are some of the job portal or if you want from college then our placement cell will help you but the salary will be very low so I recommend you to do your own search.

OMG you will have a vivid experience again it will be very volatile youll either love it or hate it .Apart from academics here are innumberable seminars and events were we enjoyed a lot. If you are a guy who is coming hee just for degree you may not enjoy much but if you are enthusiastic about college life then everyday would excite you. I really wish I COULD GO BACK TO MY THIRD YEAR PARTICULARLY. Events ife Managedia,Annual Day and Spotlight were delight .Classrooms are fully ac but no windows in classroom.Sport Areana is expanding and its very good .Just type ilead kolkata and explore all google photos

GD was conducted on a particular news.WAT was conducted which had quants and logical questions ( easy)PI was conducted and general questions were asked like family background, introduction,why BBA, etc
