What is VESIT??

Honestly, this college is Sindhi Minority college and one of the best private college in Maharashtra for Engineering. Moreover campus has hostel inside it so saves lot of traveling time and college being in the city of dreams is the added advantage for overall growth of the student.

Well college is affiliated to Mumbai University so it follows the curriculum given by the University only. Faculty is quite good and supportive. One can approach them any time you want. They encourage for creative and different projects and also help with the grants if needed for the project.

College offeres internship in semster breaks. I haven't done any internship. But I've done certification in information security from Microsoft provided by college. I worked with the NGO as it was part of the curriculum.

In sem 6 students become eligible for placement starting with JP Morgan. There are abundant chances of getting placed in VESIT as every year nearly 10-20 small and big companies visit the campus. From JP Morgan, TCS, WIPRO, Accenture, Capegamini, LTI, L&T, IVP, MAQ Solutions, Carwale, Nomura, KPMG, Deloitte, Reliance Jio and many more other start-ups too visit for hiring the students. Among this Accenture is the biggest hirer. Highest package offered in vesit is 14L and average package offered is 4.5L.Placement % is nearly 75%.

Campus Placements are quite good for CS/IT students I got placed as a graduate Engineer Trainee in Larsen & Toubro having CTC 6L per annum. Fees is decided as per the guidelines by Mumbai University. College's trustee provides with the scholarship to students who needed and also college helps with EBC applications.

In VESIT one gets abundant chances to participate in fest and competitions. Annual Tech fest called Praxis is held in September every year, cultural fest like Illusion, Utsav take place in the month of Jan and Mar respectively. Amazing musical fest Bliss takes in the month of October. There are many societies in the college like CSI, ISTE and IEEE these societies held different competitions like hackathons and also arranges some courses related to trending technologies. So VESIT is a whole year celebration college from dance to academics everything is celebrated. Also campus has the great library having more than 2000 books for every stream. Well additional information college offeres 6 streams CS, IT, Electronic Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, Instrumentation, MCA and Architecture (recently started and have different Principal and building )

No GD's or PI's were conducted college takes admission purely on the basis of CET Score. CET can be prepared while studying for 12th boards it's mcq based exam. As it is Sindhi Minority college preference is given to Sindhis for admission.
