The admission process had certain level of selection such group tasks, personality analysis, interview and document screening round. The cost of my non-refundable application fee was 1000 INR.
Course Curriculum Overview
I owe a tremendous lot to my Professors at Great Lakes. Every single class in the curriculum, right from Statistics to Economics to Ethics to Risk Management was important. Some of the professors whose classes I enjoyed a lot were Prof. Bappaditya Mukhopadhyay, Prof. T.N. Swaminathan, and Prof Veeravalli. I adore them for their simplicity and their passionate attitude which makes them more special. My course curriculum comprised of all the basic to advance management aspects as per current corporate scenario. Moreover, my PGDM program was a world class general management program offering, a unique learning experience with a dynamic curriculum, experiential learning and deep industry engagement.
Placement Experience
Companies visited my campus for recruitment were from different sectors. I got placed in TCS as an marketing analyst with an annual ctc 8 lpa. The highest package during my drive was given by Amazon which 32 LPA. Placement cell of my college played a vital role behind my success. They precisely worked on my strength and weaknesses in order to get the best out of my self.
Fee Structure And Facilities
My tuition fee for first year of MBA was 10,40,000 INR and similar amount for the successive year. The fee was quite high but it is obvious because of the quality of education and elite faculty members here. Apart from my tuition fees, there were some additional components in my fee structure such as admission fees, supplementary exam fees, student activity fees, ancillary fees, maintenance fees, etc.
Campus Life
My campus had a jaw drop infrastructure, which makes it more attractive and elite. Almost the whole campus was air conditioned and all the class rooms and meeting halls was fully equipped with updated advance technology tools. Accommodation facilities were also available here, but the living cost is again high as per the standard of facilities provided by the college. Every year various events and festivals celebrated here.
