Course Curriculum Overview
I would rate the curriculum about 4 on 5 in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness . The curriculum covers important subject such as program languages , database management system , DSA and many more . It provides good foundation for higher studies like mca but more advanced industry level tools , internships and live projects could further improve practical exposure.
Internships Opportunities
The university provides internships opportunities through its training and placement cell for Bca students. Internships are majorly offered in domains like web development, and basic machine learning. Some students get offer in IT companies in Gurugram . Stipends vary depending on the companies usually ranging from 5k to 15k per month , while some are unpaid and skill based
Fees and Financial Aid
The yearly fee for BCA(Ai and Data science) is ?1,65,000 It is divided semester wise, where ?80,000 is paid in the first sem and ?85000 in second sem .The fees for new batches may increase slightly every year depending on the college policy. Overall the course is somewhat expensive but it is reasonable as compared to another universities.
Campus Life
My overall experience with the university is positive. The campus environment is friendly and socially active with students from different backgrounds interacting freely. The university organises annual cultural fests and tech events usually held during the spring sem , where students participate in competition, performances , hackathons and workshops. There are various students club which students can join these clubs helps students build communication skills , leadership quality and teamwork.
Admission
My major reason for choosing this university is it's location it's near my residence , which makes daily commute easy and convenient other wise for others the location is not good as the metro station is 28 kms far from campus and no other major transport nearby so students have to opt college transport system . The admission process is smooth the staff is cooperative and supportive
Faculty
The faculty members at university are generally supportive and qualified . The faculty to student ratio is decent, which allows better interaction . Exams are moderate in difficulty; students who attend the classes regularly generally pass without difficulty. Overall the curriculum is relevant but can include more real world project and industry exposure
Night Life
The university is on Sohna road which is slightly away from the main city area . The nightlife around the campus is moderate and more peaceful compared to central Gurgaon . There are local cafés , small restraunts and daily need shops near the campus where students usually hangout in the evening. Popular areas like cyber hub and many more are farther away and require travel. Overall the environment is calm and suitable for focused academic life rather than an active party nightlife.
