- The management needs to be a bit better and smooth running
- The internship placements sometimes lag behind due to the huge batch size
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is crisp, fact based and very applicable. We deal with real life data which is important for the corporate world. The curriculum i feel is a lot stressed towards tests , which i think shouldn't be. Exams are on the medium to difficult side
Internships Opportunities
Almost 70 companies came for internships and 50 companies hired us, most the roles were finance ,consulting, marketing, business development and market research and analysis. The projects given by companies were presented to the faculty after we completed the internships and we were marked on that.
Placement Experience
From semester 4 they are eligible for final placements. Big companies like KPMG, Gartner, Ey , visited the campus and more than 60 offers were made Highest package was 22lpa and average was 12 lpa The final year had 100% placements My plan is to join the corporate and Excel there as a consultant
Fees and Financial Aid
The institute has no reservations against category process. The total fees is 1775000, including hostel and food that is 570000. Year wise would be 8,87000 including fooding and lodging. This includes a security deposit of 10000 No financial aid is available here
Campus Life
We have two annual fest , one is Crest another is Sapience, both of them are industry meets held on September and July respectively All the books are available in the library The facilities are good and very advanced technology is used in the classroom process The sports committee is very good and has won many tournaments in house and inter college There are a total of 10 clubs and 3 committees run by students and headed by professors
Hostel Facilities
The room provides a bed, a study table, a mirror and a cupboard, each for a single student, with a two Sharing room The meal quality is good and maintained by Sodexo and the menu is good. The registration process is combined with the admission process as it's a residential program. There is no provision to take a pg by yourself
Admission
I applied to bimtech Noida and bml munjal and got shortlisted in both. I didn't get a rejection from any college as I had applied to only a few of them after getting my cmst score. The college admission process included a writing test, profile shortlist and interview.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio at an average runs for 65:1. Which is good, we have 4 sections primarily for core courses. Here , all the faculties are good and very helpful. There are 6 trimesters for 2 years, each trimester includes a mid term and an end term
Interview Experience
Yes there was a Writing Ability Test (WAT) and the final interview. The WAT included writing on a given topic in 30 mins and the interview was based on past experience and academics I referred to YouTube for preparing for the interviews
