COLLEGE REVIEW

I tried for RAIT but due to reduced seats, I wasn't able to get admission to that college. Since I've passed my diploma with 79.60% the number of seats available was very less that year. The seats were reduced. The admission for my college was simply a form was given which was to be filled and submitted and a lab was provided for online payment. The percentage was around 75%+ in our college. There was no counseling. There was a requirement of self-attested documents such as results, caste certificates.

The course that I chose was IT because I was interested in software and it is a very related field of my choice. The faculty: student ratio must 5:63. The faculty is quite qualified which are passed out from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Institute and Bharati Vidyapeeth College itself. There are faculty who have completed their masters. Term exams were according to the University timetable Exams were moderate-based questions that required knowledge and not rote method learning. Faculty members are quite good at English speaking. They are also very communicating faculty. They try to assess their students if they scored fewer grades in a year.

Since I've caste my fees are less and year by year it keeps on decreasing. The campus is not yet happened due to covid. The scholarship is given to us so that our caste students don't have to pay full fees. Internship opportunities are provided to us every 15 days. Our staff tries to indulge us- with internship opportunities. Stipend varies.

Tech fest takes place in Jan-Feb depending upon the situation. There are various events ranging from fashion shows to dance, music, art. It is called Abhiyaan. There is inter-college sports competition like football, kabaddi, cricket and many more. In the library their mostly books for subjects that are for students depending on their year.

Since I'm not a pass out I've no idea about interviews but from my peers, I come to know the pattern that takes place. There are certain requirements such as specific pointers depending upon the company, skills, and extracurricular.
