Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is according to the Mumbai University and the faculty teaches very well. The timings of examination and others are as per university's syllabus and moderate to hard difficulty level of unit tests. The end semester papers come from University.
Fees and Financial Aid
The total fees for general Category is around 1lakh rupees, which increases by 1000 or 2000 each year. There are reservation for obc-ncl, sc,st and other castes. For OBC, 1st year fee was around 62000 using reservation and for 2nd, 3rd and 4th around 63000, 64000, 64500 rupees respectively. For OBC, the scholarship is tution fees and examination fees for OBC students.
Campus Life
Various fests and events take place every in the month of February. It's name is abhiyaan. There are different different names for each department's committee and days are assigned for department events as well. Where different games, quizzes and others. For chemical department, the name is Arise.
Admission
The admission is done by JEE or CET. I applied in ICT mumbai but had little less percentile so didn't make it. But there can be no comparison between ICT and bharati Vidyapeeth. ICT is a chemical engineering specialist college. Whereas here we just have bachelor degree.
Faculty
Faculty is good. Student to faculty relationship is great and interactive. Faculty helps in every way possible. In chemical department all faculty and staff members are helpful and supportive from HOD, professors to lab assistants. The course and exam everything is done according to the mumbai University and is good
Night Life
I'm day scholar, so don't spend much time late during the college and also the college is safe to roam around but there are strict rules for it and permissions are required from principal as well as the HOD of department.
