Remarks

I m satisfy with the college rules regulations and studies but some more improvement they can do for m.sc program.They can provide better placement for internship. Overall i m very happy with the faculties they properly communicate with us and they also take care of our problems or issues regarding anything.

Course Curriculum Overview

In covid there is some issue with our exams but mcq are easy not that much hard as subjective. Tger ratio of faculty and student is 30:1. All the faculties are well educated and qualified from good college also they have experience so they have good teaching skills.

Internship is bmvery important so internship is orovided by the college only where they are going to experience all the thing and learn so many things.students are placed for internship in good five star hotels like marriot taj oberoi leela rarisson.

There is no any fixed highest packages but students get job in well reputed five star hotels and resorts like taj oberoi leela marriot . 90 % students easily get placement from on campus interview some of them go for walkin.my plant is to join academica after getting this degree

Fees and Financial Aid

In m.sc program we have to pay our ignou fee separately and nchm fee separately in each semester that us little bit odd because in b.sc we paid b.sc ignou fee once in a year. I will be getting job in two departments sales or hr but you can also go in academics

Campus Life

There is a big library in this college you can easily take books from library but yiu have to return it within tym because they will charge fine. Projectors, white boards,are present in classroom.we have a big volleyball court badminton court carrom.

Placement Experience:

Students go for training in the 2nd semester and most of them secure a job there itself, also campus placements are arranged for students in the 3rd and 4th semester. Companies that come for placements are Taj, ITC, Oberois, IHG, Marriot, Accor etc. highest package was 7.5 Lakhs per annum and the average package comes around 3.5 Lakhs per annum. Job Profiles offered are an assistant level manager and supervisory staff. 100% of students get placement, even some students secure more than 1 job. I am planning on becoming a government professor. For that, I have to give NHTET exam.

Placement Experience:

Students go for training in their 2nd semester, most of the students who want to work in the industry form their links and try to secure jobs during their training itself. Campus placements start in the 3rd Semester and continue in the 4th semester. Almost 100% placement by famous brands like Tata, Oberois, Hyatt, ITC, Marriot etc. highest package of my senior was of 7.5 lakhs per annum and the average package is around 3.6 lakhs per annum. 100 % placements, even some students secure 2-3 job offers. I plan to go into Academics and become a Government Professor, and for that, I have to appear for NHTET exam.

Remarks:

Banaras Hindu University is very good university and Art faculty is the biggest faculty of Banaras Hindu University. Masters of Tourism Administration is a course of department of History of Arts. This course is of 2 years which is divided in four semesters. The course has a lot of scope as tourism is a developing industry which generates many job opportunities.The faculty is qualified and very cooperative. Our seniors were very helpful and cooperative. They assisted us in campus tour and some other some other small trips. They even helped us with our presentations and internship. National Symposium for travel and tourism was organised by the combined efforts of the students and teachers. Many other colleges also participated in this. We attended guest lectures from different teachers from different colleges. Presentations were given by professors as well as studentsWe took part in World Tourism Day and Spandan cultural event.

This college was not not my first choice I want to go to ihm bangalore but I didn't get it in first counseling and after in second councelling I got ihm lucknow and when I searched about it was good also it was near to my hometown that's why I choose this college, i didn't got rejection from any college. My little college

My first preference was this college only and after this The other preferences include IHM Delhi and IHM Mumbai. Since my first preference was this college IHM Lucknow and as soon as I got the confirmation I continued with it. I choose this college because of the popular celebrity chef Ranveer Brar also studied in this college. Since I see him as my mentor I applied for this college. No I did not get a rejection from other colleges since this was the only one college I applied to. To be eligible for taking admission in this college you first need to clear the NCHMCT JEE exam and after the exam you get a rank and based on the cutoff of different colleges you can apply for it. After that it is basic paper work and you can continue your college from there. My rank was 1400 and I was easily able to apply for the college. Even people with 9000 rank are there in this college woth their SC/ST category....Read More
