I gave test conducted by SLIET itself, I scored good rank, therefore got branch of my own choice i.e. mechanical, I choose this college because it's near to my hometown, I can easily up-down daily, (Hostel facility also available) Also it is a deemed university established by central government of India.

Sliet has good national and international faculty, here you can pursue your engineering from diploma to Ph.D in mechanical, electrical, electronics, instrumentation, food technology and computer technology, diploma in civil is also available.

Few companies visit, but college has good name, so you can get a good company You can take your training at any good company also a good job in a reputed company. Industries visit very less in this college.

As told before, very less companies visit here in college but due to college name, most of students gets recruited in reputed industries Mechanical has good placement companies like tcs, Infosys, lnt, trident, hcl, visits and many students gets placedIn SLIET you may not get placement, but you will get a good recruitment after degree of SLIET.

Metamorphosis is good technical event of 2-3 days, Madhuram is cultural event celebrated here, Except these main events many other events also occurs by different committees of SLIET, Hostel nights, quizes, games, lots of fun events are celebrated.

Fee structure is very feasible, Scholarships for minorities For general diploma fee is 7000/sem, Degree fee is aprrox 20000/sem, Hostel room charges 1500-2500/sem, Mess charges aprox 3000/month. Very less fees as compared with other good reputed institutions of punjab.

There are 12 boys hostels and 4 girls hostel, hostel rooms are good, 3 persons/room or single rooms available as your choice, Contract mess is there, I never tasted as I am day scholar, but it's average.

Seniors are good and helpful, they can solve your problems, No ragging Seniors are also juniors of past, So they are helpful, Everything depends upon you, how you behave with them.

Exams structure is not so difficult, Teacher which one is teaching you will set the exam, and check the exam. All the concepts are teached well, It's my exam tomorrow and I am writing reviews here, chill, no tension. You also gets the chance for clearing
