Applied to VIT-V and SNU got in but found Manipal to have better infrastructure and less student intake than the others, thus this became an easy choice. Manipal takes in students through MET conducted every year after which a rank list is generated and seats are allotted through councelling, their is no management quota. The entrance exam is somewhat difficult and cutoffs for computer science and related courses would be 120 marks.
