Remarks

My college is nice in this category. As my jee score was low no government college (like NIT, IIIT, etc.) Give me the admission. So, I go to this college. And the admission process was very easy. It takes admission from April till August. This is a very good college. The fees also not very high. Also, it provides many scholarships for its students.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

From my childhood, I love gadgets so I take B. Tech CSE. The faculties are very good. They are known also. Most of the facilities are PG and more. Some of them are also retired IIT NIT faculties. The teaching methods of all the facility is good.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

Yes, they provide some internships also. But they are not that great. You can do internships outside the campus that better for you. I don't know much about the internship. You can find somewhere else for the internship details.

Placement Experience

4

They offer placements in the 4th year. The placement is good. Nearly all students get placed in companies. The highest package was 42lakhs in 2019. But the average package is nearly 6-7 lakhs per annum. They offer a lot of options to be placed. A lot of companies come to campus for placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are not very high. They take 98,000 per semester. The hostels, mess, and other fees are not included. They charge extra for them. There are many options for hostel also started from 60k per year to upto 1lakhs+ per year. Mess fees are also started from 26k to 40k around per year. They have a laundry facility also, but they charge extra for that. But not to worry they provide you a lot of scholarships(like LPUNEST, class topper, etc.) to reduce the fees. They also give financial assistance to students from poor backgrounds. Also, there are some small part-time jobs you can do inside the campus.

Campus Life

4.5

The campus was very big approx 600 acres. The campus life was very good. You a lot of places inside the campus to hang out and chill out with your friends. There are a lot of fests organized by the University like One India, One World, Youthvibe, etc. The main library was very big in terms of size. You find all categories of books inside this library. Also, you find some small libraries inside your hostels and other places. There are a lot of clubs for you. You can do every extracurricular activity inside the campus. The classroom is also good. They have AC, projectors, etc. There are two major apps for this university i.e LPU Touch and LPU Live which are made by students.

Hostel Facilities

4

The hostels are decent enough. Fees also ok. You choose AC or non-ac rooms. The food is ok not very bad. They have many options in their food. But note they don't provide nonveg inside the campus you have to go outside if you want nonveg. The registration process is also on their website.

Course Curriculum Overview:

From the begning i was always into tech and computers i liked to make my school persentation on my pc and that's the main reason for taking the stream CSE . The curriculum makes you ready for thr real world application by providing classes for eveything that a student is facing problem. If you ask me for the suggestion then some teachers should change their tecahing methods so that they will help the student in a better way . The frequency and timing of the exam goes like the college conducts two internal exams for the internal marks known as MST and one final exam and the difficulty level is medium

Placement Experience:

In LPU placement process usually start from 6th semester onwards. Many good companies come to campus like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, Amazon and few product based also. Some startups also visit. The no. of offers are quite large every year because batch size is big. Highest package I heard was around 40 LPA but that is very rare, only 1-2 students get. Average package is around 5–6 LPA for CSE branch. For other branches it is little bit low. Almost 80-85% students who are seriously preparing gets placement from college. College also provide placement training and soft skills classes which help in interviews.
