Remarks

I was inclined towards this college because this college provides you with a great environment and exposure to almost every aspect of personality you want to develop. Also, the alumni of this institution have great achievements which was another motivation for me to take up this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I choose history because I found it very interesting during my 12th standard thus based on that I took up. The faculty here have extremely good qualifications and experience of teaching us bachelor students which makes our study easier and lucid. We are around 50-60 girls in my section which is a normal strength for a professor to handle. We also do have tutorial classes in groups of 6-10 girls where you can ask your teacher anything you haven't understand or any burning issue you want to discuss which makes this Institution more open in nature accepting all kinds of views and perceptions.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

There are many internships that are on and off-campus. The college doesn't restrict anyone from taking up an internship of their interest. There are many campus ambassador opportunities you get from different end like The jury one of them and many more to name.

Placement Experience

3

Being a student of history we have minimal opportunities for placements but if you pursue other courses of course you have many opportunities to grab. We have our placement cell which provides you with all information on the placement opportunities that is available to all the students of the departments.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

The fees according to me a manageable not too expensive. Our fee per year is like Rs 15070 which is very affordable. Also, you get freeship according to your family income and Scholarship too if the requirements are met. The college also has a bookstall, reference room, a library which provides you with a range of books which is easily accessible, making reading easier and the professors provide you with reading which is again very affordable.

Campus Life

4

Our college conducts many interesting activities and always the campus is filled with joy. Every department held its annual fests and an annual college fest known as Tarang. Apart from this the societies too conduct their fests and make the college environment more lively. There is NSO, NSS, NCC and many other student run societies which you can take up based on your interest, thus giving exposure to your interest.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The IGNOU course curriculum is comprehensive and relevant, especially for distance and open learning. Studying with IGNOU course can help in clearing your basics as well as detailed understanding of the topics. It is useful in preperation of government exams as well. The exams are conducted each year or every 6 months for different types of courses so the time to study and prepare is enough.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I like my course because from the beginning I had to study Political Science under Bachelor of Arts. Also, this course is taught very well in the college but if some changes are made in it like language and selection of the right professor then it will be even better. Also, the exams in the college are held on time but the difficulty level is also different.
