A Walk Through BCREC

Being a guy from Durgapur itself I formerly had a very wrong perception about the college. I presumed that this institution won't stand a chance besides other colleges of great fame. But naturally due to the COVID situation I got up to this college and now I realize that I'm actually blessed. The foremost thing to talk about would be the arena it creates for all students. The best thing is that it endeavors all sorts of talents in students and helps them nurture them to their fullest. I like the thing that only this college had once got into a special guest SRIKANTO ACHARYA, who has a splendid singer from KOLKATA. Such rich culture about Music is truly fascinating about this college. Besides the one aspiring for being an engineer can pursue his studies here as the degree is available at a very suitable fee if viewed in an economic way; otherwise, the above-mentioned points are quite suitable to say about the type of college it is. Admissions are done both through WBJEE and JEE MAINS.

I liked CSE both as a subject and as a course. And over the years this college has its name to give the best placement to CSE students in the region. Faculty members are exceptionally brilliant. One out of every three faculty is a PhD qualified teacher. The best thing about the faculties is that they always welcome a student's problem be that any sort of issue. Exams are conducted quite often. If we let the holidays leave in the count, a monthly test is always organized be that any subject.

All about placement is too fragile to tell as I am a First-Year student and whatever I say is hear abouts from the seniors. So an average package remains between 3 to 3.5 lacs. And if the candidate holds the capacity then can avail 6 to 6.5 one too.

There has quite a rise in the fee structure over the year, thus for this college too. A very awakening thing is about the overall structure of the fees divided. The cost of Study really went high and too high to get affordable for all. So this college does have a Scholarship facility and can be availed at times.

The fests conducted in the college are really admirable in it's truest sense. Most of the students actively participate in most of the activities be that singing, dancing, or any other fields. The fest generally takes place in December and Tech Fest every now and then.

I haven't sat once for any one of these things so saying anything about that which I haven't experienced is not good at all. Thus can't say anything about the process.
