Remarks

The infrastructure is great. The college is fully centralized AC with top-notch facilities. The faculty is the best. The admission can only be done through an entrance test only i.e. DUJAT. The college is #1 in management studies in India and #2 in Asia. Use du.ac.in for admission process and follow @sscbsdu on Instagram for more updates.

Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies is best known for BMS in Asia, According to India Today rating, SSCBS is ranked No. 1 for the past 2 years. BMS has 6 semesters divided in 3 years. SSCBS has the best faculty for every subject.

Internships Opportunities

SSCBS provides good internships opportunities throughout the span of your course. Big companies such as De Shaw, McKinsey, Colgate etc come to campus for summer internship season. Not only this more than 50 companies come to campus for internship every year.

Placement Experience

The college has a really good placement in the top companies. The highest package was of about 20 LPA and an average of 9 LPA. The college gives the best experience throughout its course. There is almost 100% placement

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are really minimal i.e. 14025 for a year. The hostel and accommodation cost is not available in this. The scholarship is available for students. There is also a concession for students with financial constrain.

Campus Life

The life at the campus is awesome. The building and classrooms are centralized AC, the classrooms have projectors and the seats are very modern. The Campus has a ground, cafeteria, Nescafe, sports room, and even the hostels.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel of SSCBS is highly luxurious. AC rooms, housekeeping services, TV room, sports room, study room all included. This is so far the best hostel at Delhi University. The hostel is attached to the college building itself. The girl's and boys' hostels are both seperate.

A student friendly college with excellent exposure and facilities

Placement Experience:

Many reputed companies visit the campus for recruitment, rise, internships, and industry interaction programs. The average package is 32 LPA. The college also support students in getting internship opportunities which help them gain practical industry exposure before final placements. Overall the institution focuses not only on academics, but also preparing students for the corporate world through industrial training.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is good as it focuses more on developing your skills rather than only focusing on theory aspects . We have to give presentations and do role plays for internals as the weightage of thoery exam is only 40%.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose Bachelor of Management Studies because I want to go into Management side. There are approx. 100 students in a class. Qualification for opting for BMS is to secure 60 marks in maths in class 12 and overall 70 % in class 12. The faculties are excellent.

Admission:

TIEM conducted counselling for every student to choose the right course. I submitted the application form and have been called for the entrance/scholarship exam, TIEM-CET. It was general aptitude test and it was followed by a personal interview and group discussion. After paying the college fee, admission slip was issued within a couple of days.

A day with sscbs student

Firstly this college is ranked 1 in India for BBA and also it has the highest placement for this course with a very healthy and competitive atmosphere in campus making it a dream college for many commerce students aspiring to persue BBA and since this college is this good the admission process is also very competitive in nature Like the admission are given on basis of cuet scores of three subjects English Maths and general test.
