CMRIT look through

It's been given the 88th position all over India and currently stands at 5th or 6th position in best colleges of Karnataka. Admission is pretty easy if you have got seat through CET. If you are looking for donation seats you will have to contact the college officials to know more. I looked upon the college website and some freinds suggested me this college. The teachers are well qualified and teaching standards are high. The laboratories are well equiped and we have a huge array of books in the library but the only thing is I find the college campus to be small as there is not much space.

Our college is under VTU curriculum. So all the exams and teachings are based on the curriculum sent by the VTU. The teachers are well qualified and certainly keep upto the standards of VTU. If you study well passing is not difficult.

Highest package given is 17lakhs by VM ware. average packages include 3 to 4 lakhs package by TCS, Accenture, Infosys, microsoft, bosch, Tata, and more than 80 companies have visited the college. You are eligible for the placement during your 4th year. Many of the students are placed in the campus itself. I would like to pursue a higher degree after my completion.

College life is great at cmrit as we have a annual fest which goes for 2 days. The fest name is Cultura. There are clubs registered under almost all categories and the club's conduct many events and competitions. library is well equipped. We have two gyms and a playground. Infrastructure is good with all the facilities. And an auditorium which is a state of art level. Lris photography club, NSS, Codechef, codingninja, rise, music club, are some clubs.

Fee structure is differnt as it depends on through what you have been admitted to college. Through CET it's around 80k(30k for college and rest for govt) and for comedk it's around 2 lakhs. Donation seats are as discussed by the officials. There are few scholarship in the college itself if yoy score good marks you will get it. Campus placements are good and many have been hired with very good packages.

I have lived in the hostel so far and it's been a good experience. 24*7 water and electricity. Meals are good enough and the hostel fees covers the meals also. There are single seater room, double triple and quadraple which one can choose during the admission. The hostel admission is done during the college admission itself. The hostel is secure and there are no problems so it's affordable. A menu is designed each month and we get daily New food items on the menu so as not to repeat any food iteam more than twice or thrice a month.

No I was selected through CET common entrance test conducted by the govt of Karnataka. So I had not faced any written test or interviews from the college side.
