Course Curriculum Overview

All Faculties are really good but these two Faculties stand out in particular because teachers are helpful and coordinate with us just like our Freinds they always focus on getting concept clarity over theoretical but I still feel we need to learn how to work in corporate world so if we can be given interview trainings before placement

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 130000 per year

Placement opportunities are relatively high if we compare it to its peers so a dedicated placement cell is there in our college moreover average salary of 3-6 lpa is given depending on variety of factors.Job profiles offered were not great because one expect a good role in the company before they are employed but I felt more companies can be invited.

College Events

Campus life - It's not too good nor that bad it's kinda average because I thought it could've been way better though I loved the fact how quiz competitions, drama show and other events allowing all other colleges to participate and how they make things really exciting for students but I still improvements can be made I hate college canteen worst food quality though all other things are great.

No exam basically it's based on merit or percentage

Placement are provided by the college and Good offers are made by the companies. Like in cse , ece and ee have good placements but in lower branch percentage placements is a bit lower, but overall average and median package is good ( 70%) Highest placement was 61 lpa of 2025 median was 13 lpa.

The students become eligible for placement in thier final year. The companies which visited are college for placements are nescafe,tata, ayurveda etc. The yearly package is 1700000 and the average package offered is 700000.

PEC life in a nutshell

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am in first year and first year is same for all branches, so I don't know a lot about electrical engineering specifically. But of what I have heard from seniors, electrical branch is more difficult, and in pec u get not that many core companies. While u get a lot of finance, IT, coding etc companies.

Inside of PGI chandigarh from bsc nursing point of view.

Placement Experience:

Students from 4rth year are eligible for placement. Pgi provide job for it's own students. Bond system is here. Students can apply for foreign jobs as pgi provide their degree and a sheet with completed number of hours as in clinical we need 100% attendance. Students who don't want to work in pgi can go to different hospitals as pgi is a recognized university they will get job easily. 80% students get job in pgi. As many new blocks are building here for future, they will require large amount of nursing officers so they will give job to their own university students. Some senior got their job with a high amount as salary with health benefits, hostel allowanc, travel allowance, and tax is included. Working hour are less here, people can switch there shifts with there workmates as per there convince. My plan is to work here as a nursing officer and do my master degree from pgi itself.

Yes,very good college placements are available in our college.Students of 8 semester that is 4th year students are eligible for campus placement Companies such as TCS,wipro,amex,gemini solutions and etc many more companies are there for placement 60-80% students got placed in the companies with an average package of 8 lakhs and with a highest package of 35 lakhs Iam oriented towards govt jobs and in future if I will be interested in coding sector I will do preparation for off campus and specifically for Rubrik

Placement do occur in the college. It's average package is around 7.5, lakh. Since I am the first year right now, I don't have data to support the placement record, but some of my seniors of fourth year are getting placed. One of my IT senior got placed for 14 LPA and other other, my Cse senior got placed for around 12 LPA. so opportunities are there for those who want to do something

MCM MY DREAM COLLEGE

The reputation and ranking of MCM is really nice in north india and specially in tricity! PGGC SECTOR 11 & 42 these are also good but they have a very large crowd of students women like kangana raunaut and yami are also a student of this college giving it a extra bollywood vibe!
