Remarks

The management is pretty good. Timings are pretty good in the college as they provide much more time after the classes.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Everything is relevant and up-to-date. All kind of activities including IV, field trip and whatsoever needed in any course is being done. Teachers come well prepared to college with all happening in their particular fields and they are up to date. focus on more practical knowledge so that they are groomed more well for placements.

Placement Experience

4

The college do offer good placements. I've heard about it a lot. But since I'm pursuing only I can't comment much on it. And similarly they have placement cell in the college itself to get placements and help students.

College Events

4.5

Our college in a year hold 13 major fests and many more minor fests. Actually can't remember the no. Malhar, India's second biggest college fest after indigo is hosted by Xavier's. Janfest is a national music fest hold every year which ia one among the major fests.thousands come for the major fest malhar wherein people from all around the country come to participate and see it.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is really feasible. For arts it ranges from 5000-7000 only. In arts it's 5000 something and an ermxtra of thousand rupees for students with statistics which makes it 6000 something. For BSC also the fees is somewhat similar. When opted for IT it's around 40000-45000. For BMM and BMS also it's around 40000-45000

Fees and Financial Aid

I haven't availed anything till now. The. College do offer scholarshiips but since I haven't availed anything till know I don't know much about it.

Campus Life

4

In arts girls are much more than boys. In science and BMM and BMS they are almost equal. Sports are a part of college fests and alla and we do have a sports day. But more than sports they give importance to fests as they are a major part of the college. Students from all over the country can be seen as this is one among the top colleges in the country.

Hostel Facilities

4

Our college only has hostels for boys. That's inside the college campus itself. It doesn't have facilities to provide stays for all male students, hence only a few get hostel inside tha college.its pretty good.

Alumni/Alumna

Famous actors, politicians, judges are all part of the alumni and they do come over and give talks. Seniors are very helpful and the campus is ragging free.

Admission

I took arts in my 11th grade and hence eco was one of the main subjects and taking into consideration the immense amount of scope for eco in a developing country like India I decided to take eco. St Xavier's comes under the top 5 colleges in India for arts. Applications for arts only starts after the 12th class board results are out. We've to fill the Mumbai University application form first. Then we need to apply in the college website too. Within a week the first list comes. And the second list comes within a week from there and if needed they would put up a third list. Then they ask us to come over on a particular date for a session with the VP and the adm.provcwss gets over that day itself.

Faculty

4

Faculty is excellent. Passouts from the county's best colleges are teaching here. The teachers are well versed in their own arena and it can be seen in the amount of knowledge they have in their respective subjects. Teachers come up with ways to engage the class in ways to make it much more creative and not so boring.

Placements at VES Polyetchnic are decent for a diploma college. students generally become eligible for placements in the final year.Pacages depend on the company and branch, with some offer going above 4 LPA. the placement cell also helps with interviews and internships. after diploma, many students also choose to continue with higher studies

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum specially the first two years focuses more on subjects like history, political science etc and prepares are foundation for law. The curriculum is well inclusive of the practical aspects of law as well as the theory which prepares you well for the real world applications. The course can be improved via adding the amended laws like add in GST to the taxation laws. The internal as well as semester exams are conducted once every semester. The difficulty level is easy to moderate for both. We get a study leave of around 20-25 days before every semester exam to prepares ourselves well.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Soo ever since kid i was interested in bikes this interest was all for me to take this course , my father is very bike enthusiast and it came down to me , i could easily take mechanical and other engineering cause these are common courses which involves automobile , but since i wanted to follow my passion , i wanted to do specialization in automobile itself and DPCOE was offering this course with great facilities and knowledge providing us a path in this lane of career in this field. According to me curriculum prepares us quite well as they conduct workshop which are relevant to outside world where we'll be working. If there were more practical workshops for us to work on would be great cause automobile engineering is all about practicals rather than theoroticals Professor should try teaching in physical part rather than taking lectures and explaining the concept by just words

Placement Experience:

Yes there is placement cell of STES which is no different than other tier 3 engineering colleges offering a tier 3 average package depending on who is the recruiter. Students become eligible for campus from 3rd year of their degree. Highest package is something around 55 lakhs offered to a computer engineering student, and average is just like I said for a tier 3 college 5-6 lakhs(above or below). Almost everyone gets placed in the company but some might not.

As I have heard people mostly get placements from this college itself. If not they go for their degrees and take placement there. The salary is mostly around 5 lakhs per annum which is decent enough for most students. According to the principal from the college if a student studies afterwards for degrees this number racks up to 18 lakhs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chooses this curriculum as I am intrested to do law. Many of students and other peoples praises the college as "Best College of Law" in Marathwada region. To be honest. Really it is best college. Which gives us best curriculum during our academic year. The curriculum of college teaches me how to become a good lawyer. The arguing skills etc. There should be no suggestions from my side just to imrove the course curriculum as it is overall good. The timings and scheduled are fixed by college and university. Generally the exam is in two shifts 10:00 to 1.00 and 2.00 to 5.00pm.

Remarks:

Laxminarayan Institute of Technology is a reputed institute, when it comes to the field of Chemical Engineering. The placement at LIT for M.Tech students is also decent. In my batch, 50% of the students were placed on Campus, which is better than many NITs for Chemical Engineers doing M.Tech. The admission fees of 27,000 per year is also less in comparison with other institutes. The Teachers at LIT are also vastly experienced. Also the Institute was in my hometown, which made my decision even more easier.
