College Review

My college is very good for a campus placement point of view. The teachers are well versed in their respective domains, students can gain valuable insights, boost and skyrocket their dreams with proper guidance. Moreover, St. Thomas is a NBA acclaimed college.

Course Curriculum were very good. Internals were conducted twice per semester. Attendance is a must factor. 75% attendance is required, failing which can lead to problems. Campusing is very efficient here. Labs have proper equipments to guide the students in their course of studies.

Placements are the best in our college. Due to less intake of students, mass recruiters like CTS, INFOSYS, etc can hire huge number of students from all departments and generally all get placed. For unplaced students, our college has contacts with NextGen Ventures for campus placement stuffs. Overall campusing is excellent in St. Thomas.

Campus life is very lively. Overall huge campus, great atmosphere, lovely canteen. People can take books yearly from library but has to return them timely. We have a TECH-FEST organized in September. All colleges are invited. Great college life.

Fees structure is around like 40k per semester. Though I am not familiar with any internships but there are some. We have our toppers of the state studying in our college. Our main recruiters are CTS, INFOSYS, INFOTECH and we have partnership with NextGen Ventures for the role of placement.

No there weren't any group discussion or PI rounds. But we have to have a good WBJEE or JE score to get selected in this college. The closing marks is somewhat like 10k in all departments in WBJEE.
