Remarks
The admission process involved appearing for CAT then securing a decent percentile. On the basis of 10th 12th graduation and CAT marks and percentages, a merit list was generated to appear for WAT and PI. The WAT involved writing on a topic on the economic condition of India for 30 mins. The PI was after WAT which had three members in the panel. The questions asked were based on the current affairs, general knowledge of India and my core subject chemistry. There was also a topic given to me to speak on it for a minute at the starting of the interview. The final merit list was then released in May which considered 10th 12th scores along with CAT, WAT and PI scores.

The WAT included a topic on the economy of India where 30 mins were provided to write about the topic. The PI was for 20-25 mins, with an extempore round of one minute at the start of the PI on the economy of India. Several questions were on the general knowledge of our country and current affairs. The next topic of discussion was my core subject chemistry and why I wanted to pursue an MBA. I had been following newspapers for several months and made notes to prepare for these rounds.
