It happens to be the best course with the best faculty and training program in mumbai. In grad school u spend a lot more time then in individual course. You develop laser focus on your topic of interest. And u are judged by completely different standards.
Internships Opportunities
No, our college did not provide internship. Here we are thought to fly high solo. Once the course is done, we are well qualified to interview for full time jobs instead of internships.
Fee Structure And Facilities
For a 3 year full time bachelor of arts, the yearly fee would sum up to 10k plus daily expenses. The amount of books needed for a ba course was alot compared to other courses. For an institution like sophia that offers a brilliant infrastructure and various other facilities, the fee is much less compared to any other institution. The annual fee is approx 18000. There are not any scholarship options available.
Exam Structure
Was pretty chilled out. We had basically 2 terms each year and 6 terms in 3 years. Each term consisted of papers of 100 marks. And we were judged on the basis of our performance in both the semesters in each year. A basic passing marks was all that was needed to get going to the second class.
Faculty
Very much qualified and professional. There is a pre interview audit for the faculty, if they are joining in newly. Most of the staff is very old and highly qualified. The department takes preliminary interviews at professional meetings.
