Remarks

Everything is good, only drawback is that the college campus is not that big.

Entrance Preview

I wrote Karnataka Cet in 2007. I got admission via cet counseling. I got 5000 rank in engineering stream. Applied for OBC category. I opted bit college because it was located in Bangalore and it was 4th engineering college in Karnataka.

Course Curriculum Overview

We have VTU syllabus. We had renewable energy sources , electronic design subjects as electives. A lot many choices. Electronic power utilization.

Internships Opportunities

I did project at HAL Bangalore. they offered standard stipend.

Placement Experience

They have good placement record . they almost placed 95 percent of students.

College Events

College day , cultural day and ethnic day.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It was feasible. Those who get seat from govt quota, they have to pay a nominal fee.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship from government.

Campus Life

Excellent here. Opportunity is given to all and individual need to come out of the crowd.

Hostel Facilities

It was good.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

We had good interaction with alumni and we are connected in social media.

Exam Structure

It was semester system and as per vtu direction.

Faculty

All were senior grade professor with Me, Ph.D, M.Phil . They maintained good standard for staff. Seniors professor , renowned proffers. Three days decade old college.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th sem the students are allowed for internships and can go for placement campus selection or off campus placement and the avg goes to 6.5 to 7 lpa which is quite decent and good percentage of students get placed every year

Placement Experience:

The placements are amazing, many seniors have talked well about their experience and such. The college does have campus placements. Training for campus placements is also given from first semester itself.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is outdated to be very honest. It needs to be changed as soon as possible. Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi need to change their curriculum as soon as possible because in the era of Artificial intelligence we are lagging behind and this traditional syllabus need to be scraped out and make from scratch from industry experts. Curriculum should industry relevant, that what is the current demand in the industry.

The placements of our college was excellent. Students are eligible for placements after 6th semester . Highest package was 55 LPA Average package was 15 LPA Percentage of students getting placement was around 85 to 90 percent

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd year,students start preparing for internships. Companies like Accenture,Wipro,etc. visits the campus (through senior info). For amazon, we are told that they don't visit the campus for internship and placement, so we have to do it off-campus. The highest package offered is 53.5LPA. and the average package is 6.5LPA. My plans after getting the degree is to get a job first and after gaining experience, further achieve higher studies.

Over all IIT Dharwad is good not bad

Placement Experience:

Actually imnin 1st semester so I aks from seniors so they told me highest PKG of cs branch is 86LPA and machenical is 60 LPA they are off campus package and in campus 57 LPA for cse and they also give minor degree courses for placement chance is increased in cs branch 93 % students placed 125 compony visited in college in 2024-25 I plan I get job after b tech if I don't placed in campus so i tried EAE examination.

Honest review from a student who doesn't hate his college but at the same know there are multiple places for improvement

Placement Experience:

Students become elegible for placements from 7th sem onwards but we are encouraged to do internship before final itself. Most of the companies that come here aren't t1 or even t2. Highest probably would be 12L only if the student is exceptional but most would secure a package 4-6. And the percentage of students getting placed is <50%

one of the best college in karnataka.

Placement Experience:

i have 100 percent confidence on myself and the college placement .because it has 95 percent placement in it sector.the students are eligible from 5 or 6 th semester as of there.there are one of good companies who visit our college like amazon, tata, microsoft some years ago google also visited they tries to contact and give placements to students.it has 33 lakh highest and the median is good enough as 12 lakh anually.
