Remarks

UEM Jaipur is quite a reputed college. I learnt of this institution from a relative of mine who was an alumni. From the experiences thus far I have ascertained that UEM as a vey good faculty. They are helpful, always available for the students and most of all they are kind. Another contributing factor was the tuition fees. It is quite a respectable amount for engineering.

Course Curriculum Overview

At the moment I am in first year of college an owing to the pandemic I have been attending the online classes held by the institute so thus far the faculty is quite good and helpful. As for the syllabus it follows MAKAUT.

Course Fees: INR 680000 per year

Placement Experience

According to the prospectus the avg. package provided to the students was somewhere around 20- 30 lakhs with the highest offered to a student was 72 lakhs. As for the companies visiting the institute they include TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, WIPRO, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, PWC, Telecom Network Solution (TNS), Victory Metal Finishers, Jumio India Ltd, Franciscan Solutions Pvt Ltd, Think & Learn (Byju??s Classes App), Ericsson, SAP Labs, ARW, Rothenberger, Lexmark, Abzooba, NRI Fintech, Spinks India Ltd, Collabera Solutions, Adroit Technologies, etc.Top companies from several domains such as Consulting/ FMCG/ Logistics/ Finance/ Information Technology/Education hire UEM Jaipur students.

College Events

There are numerous tech fests that are going to be held online due to the pandemic so thus far the fests are quite like treats for me. Since we are not physically present there I am unable to ascertain the scale of the fests being held.

Should I Choose IEM.

Placement Experience:

Eligibility for placement is from 3rd year,with tier 1 companies visiting like Google, Amazon along with mass requiters like TCS, Capgemini, Wipro etc.Last year heights placement package was 72LPA offered to 15 students and average was 2-3 LPA.

Heritage Law College is Lovely!!

Placement Experience:

Number of students who have been placed is far less than what it should be ideally. Kolkata is a paradise for law practice as it is the largest city of India and lawyers have always been in demand here. Still only 30% of the students are placed here and that's a big issue considering the name of our college.

Various companies come to this college for on campus placement Average package= 1000000 Highest package=2200000 Various multi national company and other big and small companies visit this college for on campus placement. Most of the students also get placement opportunities whether large or small package The opportunity is given to all degree whether it be bcom or bcom hons . Any student who does not get placed can easily use the degree to get a high paying off campus placements and to go to any good college or stay in this college for their post graduation.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is backdated and should be improvised as it doesn't give any exposure of present industry knowledge. The frequency of exams is that exams are held after 6 months on semester basis and are easy to pass and majority of the students pass this semester easily.

Decent government college which needs to improve.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is obviously outdated and the knowledge we get through it, is bookish and does not apply to present industry methods. This way we are given no exposure to the real life industry knowledge. The exams are held on semester basis after every 6 months and are easy and manageable.

If you come to this college this college is good the teachers are friendly and you will get the campus from the college if you study hard.

You can take admission in UEM Kolkata through IEMJEE Entrance Test or Direct Admission by giving 10,000/-. College review

Provide decent jobs to most students. Faculties are helpful and teach well. You can issue 3 books at a time from the library once your library card is made. Classes are held to enhance your communication skills. A lot of items in the canteen and cafeteria. No ragging. There is no ground to play. Very strict rules, has a lot of restrictions. Most students call it a jail, cause you cannot bunk classes. But believe me, it will shape you into a good human being and you will also get placed if you put your effort.
