Remarks

Good education good job. Placement of our college is almost 95%. The main thing is that each student gets proper training to work in corporate world easily. Mainly the CSE department is really outstanding. All of them gets placement before finishing their B.Tech course.

Course Curriculum Overview

UEM strictly follows the AICTE curriculum and syllabus. All faculties are good mostly from CSE branch. Overall faculties are very wise and caring, helpful too. They are very much friendly. But yes they are very much strict at exam hall.

Placement Experience

Many companies visited our campus. Like TCS, capegmini and so one. Companies visit our college campus and with simple tests they choose the freshers.

College Events

Infrastructure is very much developed. Their is 3 to 4 giant computer labs. All instruments are available. There is a big library with all important books. So no need to buy books. Stuff's are helpful too. Neat and clean classroom s and washrooms. There is a large seminar hall.

Fees and Financial Aid

Students who have financial problems can avail education loan. Institution is very much helpful on this issue. Students who get 90% up in their HS can apply for college scholarship.

Placement Experience:

Eligibility for placement is from 3rd year,with tier 1 companies visiting like Google, Amazon along with mass requiters like TCS, Capgemini, Wipro etc.Last year heights placement package was 72LPA offered to 15 students and average was 2-3 LPA.

Heritage Law College is Lovely!!

Placement Experience:

Number of students who have been placed is far less than what it should be ideally. Kolkata is a paradise for law practice as it is the largest city of India and lawyers have always been in demand here. Still only 30% of the students are placed here and that's a big issue considering the name of our college.

Most of the students also get placement opportunities whether large or small package The opportunity is given to all degree whether it be bcom or bcom hons . Any student who does not get placed can easily use the degree to get a high paying off campus placements and to go to any good college or stay in this college for their post graduation.

The course curriculum is backdated and should be improvised as it doesn't give any exposure of present industry knowledge. The frequency of exams is that exams are held after 6 months on semester basis and are easy to pass and majority of the students pass this semester easily.

Decent government college which needs to improve.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is obviously outdated and the knowledge we get through it, is bookish and does not apply to present industry methods. This way we are given no exposure to the real life industry knowledge. The exams are held on semester basis after every 6 months and are easy and manageable.

If you come to this college this college is good the teachers are friendly and you will get the campus from the college if you study hard.

You can take admission in UEM Kolkata through IEMJEE Entrance Test or Direct Admission by giving 10,000/-. College review

Provide decent jobs to most students. Faculties are helpful and teach well. You can issue 3 books at a time from the library once your library card is made. Classes are held to enhance your communication skills. A lot of items in the canteen and cafeteria. No ragging. There is no ground to play. Very strict rules, has a lot of restrictions. Most students call it a jail, cause you cannot bunk classes. But believe me, it will shape you into a good human being and you will also get placed if you put your effort.
