Remarks

The college students can stay at YMCA hostels as hostels are not available in the college campus. The PG options are great near the college. The cost is nearly INR 8,000-10,000/-. The college canteen provide food of fresh and good quality the prices are affordable.The college has a good enough infrastructure in their laboratories. Faculties are also good enough and always I found them helpful. College is very neat and clean. Allover I am carrying a great experience with this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is truly updated apart from academics equal attention was paid to extra-curriculum activities which included our Annual college sports, few talent hunts and an Annual Day Programme (18th December).

Our college provided us with ample amount of internship programs. The students pursuing major courses like communicate English and Advertising have been provided with placements at some of the top companies of Kolkata.

College has a small campus not so big but we'll maintained. They arrange many cultural programs, inter college sports, exhibition, seminar etc. In my department teachers were very good. It's location is at central Kolkata which is safe enough. Also can handle emergencies.

Placement Experience:

The college average placement are 6 lakh per annum and in my branch out of 64 student only 30 God placement but the mistake is of the students because many companies are visiting our colleges but they couldn't find the talent required for the skilled person they required

Percentage of students getting placemnets : 86%. After getting the degree my plan is to take a decent job and to be finanancially stable.

My honest review for iLEAD college as a student

Placement Experience:

Here, I've not been offered any placement still now because this is not the right time for me, but I have sent the placement drive are happening in our college and many students are going there and joining them. I have many seniors I know, they got placed. In my course, there is a mass option of freelancing is opened in front of all of us. We usually start doing freelancing after a year of studying. Here mentors also help to get clients. Then Ilead also offers interships. There students can learn and earn as well.

One of the Best college in India.

I had applied for Ashutosh college, Muralidhar college, bethun college and Gokhale Memorial Girl's College for BSC psychology. But I did not get BSC psychology in bethune college so I was waiting for other colleges though my dream college was Gokhale Memorial girls College. First I had got a call from Muralidhar college and then after 2 to 3 days I got a call from vocal Memorial girls College. By call I meant that first my name came in the Muralidhar girls College merit list and then my name was published in the Gokul Memorial girls College merit list as this is my dream college I choose it over other colleges. So I don't regret my decision because, this college has excellent professors and great labs for practicing psychological practicals. Do not go by the past glory.

The admission was smooth, but in the payment process, I didn't get my money back from few colleges I applied for but didn't continue. All the candidates should keep an update of news and links of admission. SC and ST will get benifits along with OBCs, Calcutta University has bad placements and the syllabus has become a Little bit difficult.
