Entrance Preview

GGSIPU-CET I was interested in information technology sector that's why I choose the above mentioned course.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Course curriculum is very nice it's structured in very nice way according to AICTE guidelines which includes practical knowledge as well. labs and the faculty is very good. Every semester you would be having practical labs for atleast 50% of the subjects.

Internships Opportunities

My college don't provide any kind of internship but some courses they conduct every year which are related to the ongoing things in industries.

Placement Experience

4.5

They were many companies use to visit our college. Some of the companies which visited our campus for placement were Microsoft, Thoughts work, aricent, vinsol, Opera solutions, TCS, sapient etc etc. Every year around 25-35 companies used to visit my college for placement.

College Events

4

In our college various kinds of fests are celebrated including many cultural, technical and as well as management fests at a large scale. There are many sponsors available every year so funding goes at very good amount. Fests involves various events technical as well as related to out spoken things.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It's not as such expensive it's feasible every year for any B.Tech course a student have to pay around 90K if we compare this with other colleges then it's actually feasible it's actually worth spending that amount in this college it's one of the good colleges present in ncr.

Fees and Financial Aid

University has some plan of scholarships and for loan facility I doubt from college end its there but you can choose to pay various bank options available.

Campus Life

4.5

If you are looking for a college for technical education then I would say bharti vidyapeeth's college is one of best college in the delhi area whether you talk about quality of education or placement or infrastructure. This college can give you alot. Specially if you choose the CSE and ECE streams then your chances of getting a very good job is more than 90%. Some students even got placed in more than 2 companies. I am also one of them. Faculty here is highly educated and you will find more than 30% of the faculties has done Ph,D in terms of infrastructure college has very good infrastructure and other faculty like indoor and outdoor sports facility and centrally enabled wifi and air conditioner and best part about it is commutation to college which is very easy as it is adjacent to Paschim vihar metro station if you are aware of the traffic in delhi then you must be knowing what I mean.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

Only Girls hostel is there in the college unfortunately college don't have the facility for boys hostel so being a boy I am not the right person to comment on girls hostel and food quality there but I have heard from my friends food quality is good they provide 3 times food plus evening snacks.

Alumni/Alumna

It's totally depends on the person how you interact with them if you are good then no one will deny your friendship or your contacts.

Exam Structure

If I genuinely talk about my college then frankly speaking you are not going to enter in college its school. Schedule usually is very hectic out of 5 days in a week at least 4 days will be hectic. You will be having lot of stuff to do which involves internal as well as external curriculum activities.

Admission

Thought counseling now a days they have started online counseling to get admission in various colleges which come under GGSIPU. Now on rank based and according to the choice filled by the candidate the best selected seat is allocated to the candidate.

Faculty

5

The faculties are very good and knowledgeable as well as supporting. All are well qualified everyone in faculty is at least M.Tech none of them is lesser than that 40% of faculty is Ph.D and some are pursuing doctorate they are very supportive a student can assess them at any time.

Day 0 companies are sprinklr and google which after companies will coming till December and after that frequency of companies will be reduced . Companies who pay more will shortlist you on the basis of CGPA and CV shortlisting after that you will have to give online assessment test for the particular company and there are 2-3 Rounds of interview . Yeah talking about offcampus opportunities you alumni will help you a lot for referrals and all.

There are various companies that visit our campus and 5 such companies are: Accenture, ZS Associates, Infosys, ION Group, RTDS. The highest package on-campus is provided by ION Group of 17 lpa. Course Curriculum Overview:

Choosing a B.Tech in Computer Science stems from a strong interest in technology. The coursd curriculam is appealing due to its well-rounded structure, covering a wide range of computer science topics like Artificial Intelligence. The flexibility to choose elective courses aligns with personal interests. The faculty, recruited through a rigorous process, is well-qualified. They use various teaching methods, including lectures and practical activities. While the faculty-to-student ratio is good, seeking feedback from students can provide insights into teaching styles. Exams occur every 2.5 months, balancing mid and end-semester assessments. The weightage distribution between exams and internal assessments is favorable, allowing a holistic evaluation. The exams are described as moderately difficult, striking a balance for student success.

Here placement is average as many opt for higher studies the reason behind this is maybe because only a few companies visit. In which TCS is a mass recruiter. The average package here is 3-4 lakh per annum and the highest goes up to 6lakhs per annum. Here placement ratio is about 50%. I will also opt for higher studies after getting a degree
