Remarks

Since the govt has alloted according to my rank is the main reason , and one more reason is it is in coastal area , it is also called as kashmir of Karnataka which is so beautiful to see the nature here

Course Curriculum Overview

All the departments are there , but there are some vacancies are there , but is enough for a MBBS student to study , and hospital is just front of the college , u can get adequate clinical exposure too

Class Size: 150Course Fees: INR 16000 per year

Internships Opportunities

They only give internship in our hospital and every medical student has to internship there after completion of mbbs , and they are giving a stipent of 30k per month

Our college organises freshers party , college fest and sports event every year in a quite beautiful way , and it has also arrange some seminars on modern medicine updates it also organise ganesha festival and holi

Campus Life

It is quite smaller place , you have hospital just infront of college and both girls ,boys and staff quarters are there , and mess is also there but quality is not that much , there is one cafeteria inside the college

Hostel Facilities

Well , iam a hosteller yeah the infrastructure is good and rooms were also quite good with attached bathroom to everyroom , and tgey provide a geyser too , the rooms are quite good and every room haa 3 students Rent is 1000 per month apart from mess bill which is around 3k per month, The hostel is just behind the college , just a few steps away

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum has the necessary subjects of the branch...It is constantly updated every year to adhere to relevancy and comphrehensiveness of the course..My department of AIML teaches us the necessary computer subjects such as Nature Inspired computing, Deep learning etc and also the Maths and Stats whch is required for machine learning is though too ( Like Maths for machine learn and statistical modellign, inferential statistics, time series analysis etc)..These subjects also have lab components which help us prepare for real-world applications. But some of the older subjects on the other hand which might be core computer science or in first year..common subjects like CAED and others are not required and outdated. The frequency and timings of exams is moderate..neither good nor bad

My MBA journey through CMR Institute of Technology

Placement Experience:

In 3rd semester is when you will be eligible for placements or internships. Therr are different companies that take initiative to come for hiring and for MBA the highest pacage was 9LPA which keeps increasing every year and the college also put alot of effort to make sure all the students gets placements. And the average package is 6 to 7 LPA and there are alomst 75% of students who get placements on how well you perform and they will also give you various training tha are given to every student which helps then in interviews and to get placed and ther is TYL program which is Tie you laces that comes with aptitude and verbal training which is important for and placements or job. And my plan is to get a good job in the most reputable company

KRIMS Karwar. A beautiful place to become a Healer

I chose this college as per my ranking in neet exam. I could get better colleges but I was mesmerised by beaches the climate and its vicinity to Goa. I applied for colleges like Belagavi Insitute of Medical Science, Hubli KIMS , Bellary VIMS for which the cutoff was high hence in available options chose KRIMS,Karwar disregarding Gulbarga(GIMS), Raichur(RIMS). So eligibility exam for MBBS is offcourse NEET U need less than 7k rank through AIQ. And less than 45k rank for state quota....Read More
