Entrance Preview
EAMCET is the entrance exam. I felt ECE has multiple career options in future. For example, after completion of course one can opt for Electronics, Communication or Software field. I preferred to take up ECE add major in BTech even though I had got a seat for Civil engineering in the JNTU.
Course Curriculum Overview
My electives were ECE. Electronics and communication engineering. The course curriculum started with generalized studies of all the subjects and narrowed down to the core subjects of electronics and communications.
Placement Experience
As ours was the first batch passout in the year 2006, only few companies turned up. Companies like Infosys, TCS had only turned up. Now the number of placement companies improved.
Fees and Financial Aid
Almost all the nationalised banks in India offered educational loans for the B.Tech course. The students who had taken up payment seats or management seats had opted for loans as the fee was more compared to free seat.
Campus Life
Campus life was extra ordinary. There was no bias on gender, ethnicity, race or religion. Students were motivated to participate in the college parties and sport events.
Alumni/Alumna
We as an alumni had formed a group in the social network and share our ideas and career opportunities within the group. We didn't have any seniors as we were the first batch of the college pass out in the year 2006.
Faculty
The good thing about our college is that it had improved in all the aspects. It had always taken feedback from the students related to the standard of the faculty. Our college management was very active and were always sensitive to the students issues.
