Entrance Preview
The admission to this college was via EAMCET. I have written EAMCET in 2006 and scored 17000 rank in Andhra Pradesh region. So i was able to get Electrical and Electronics engineering. The reason for choosing this college was that it was very near to the city and the teaching staff during that time was very good and also the college gives equal importance to co curricular activities along with studies.
Course Curriculum Overview
Electrical and Electronics engineering .I am happy with the course and the electives but in the final year you dont have the options to choose elecctives . Only a few courses will be selected by the faculty which you have to follow.
Internships Opportunities
I dint have and internship .So i cannot comment about this point.
Placement Experience
Placements were fine . Actually only a few companies came for campus placements but almost everyone (above 65% marks students) were placed in the same year of my completion either via campus placement or off campus. These are the companies which were involved in campus selectionInfosys , CSC , mindtree , medha servo drives , tcs , etc.
College Events
Every year an event called technosmec was celebrated and it used to be blend of technical as well as a cultural event where students from various college used to participate in events like robotics , paper presentation , dance competitions , art , rangoli , poster presentaion etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
From 2006-2010 fee was nearly 32000 per annum but now it has become very costly and the university and govt decides the fee of the college now. Student who are under below normal income level used to get scholarship from the govt.
Fees and Financial Aid
I have no idea regarding this point . But the only thing i knew was that people who were below the normal income level used to get fee reiumbersement from the government.
Exam Structure
Every sem apart from the universitiy exam we used to have three internal exams which were descriptive and three online exams each subject which were objective type and were of 20 marks . 4 out of 6 exam marks would be added to our final score university.
