Remarks

It was the most prestigious university of Karantaka and the oldest engineering college in the state as well. This was a government college and the teachers were exceptional. They were instrumental in moulding me into the professional that I'm today.

Course Curriculum Overview

It was excellent in every way. The teachers were very experienced. The course was extremely practical and informative. I thoroughly enjoyed my study and architecture in particular. It was truly worthwhile.

Class Size: 36Course Fees: INR 20000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Atelier. Internship for 6 months. 4000/- stipend.

Placement Experience

We didn't have campus placement at that point of time for architecture. Lot of famous architects have graduated from UVCE

College Events

The technical and cultural activities was very good. We had lot of activities within the campus. It was a nice experience. The annual cultural fest etc was carried out in a very grand way and it was completely entertaining.

Fees and Financial Aid

Jindal scholarship. This scholarship is provided for students who get first class in their results.

Campus Life

One of the largest libraries with over a few lakh books. 1200 acre campus. Sports authority of India was within our campus. No wifi. State of the art equipment in labs as it was a university. Amazing infrastructure in all aspects.

My experience with Scaler School of Technology - A brief review

Placement Experience:

First of all, there isn't a passed out batch yet(as of 2025). The first batch enrolled in 2023 and they are currently in internship period as they've planned. Placement will be offered at the end of 4th year. Although for internships, around 50+ companies visited and 96% of students got internships. The average stipend was 30,000 INR and the highest stipend was 200,000 INR (non-domestic). My plans after getting the degree are to gain some experience and go for a masters in business if possible.

Though i needed cse with cybersecurity but i didnt get it so i went with Robotics and ai. In first year they have many subjects of all course which are basic and fundamentals of all branches Some are good in real world application They should add more practical stuff then theories We have 1 to 1½ month gap betwen internals and some 10 days gap between 2nd internal and sem difficult level varies every year

I was already preparing for CA since my 12th standard. I needed to pursue a degree that would not take too much of my time. The admission was merit-based so I didnt have to worry about giving entrance exam. I got admission easily here, since the process was simple.

I had applied to the UVCE for civil engineering branch first option and first round I got BIT college i don't have interest to go to that college because of high fees . So I waited for UVCE college because of its professors and it's name and famous earlier and it's a first engineering college in the Karnataka and it's 5th engineering college in the india because of its history i have choose this college . Students need to rank below 5000 in KCET exam to get ISE and CSE branch and 10000 for ECE and EEE branch and 20000 for Civil and Mech branch .
