For better opportunity because in Gujarat there is only one NIT. almost 50% of the students were placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was 9. 6 LPA. The average salary package offered was 5. 9 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 3. 6 LPA. T

Every faculty has excellent knowledge level and teaching techniques is awesome. after attending lectures you are clear with your doubts. especially for mechanical branch every faculty is well qualified and have proper course curriculum. every gap of years course curriculum is changing so students get exposure of current scenario.

If you have talent so you can easily grab opportunities and placed in reputed company. For b. tech placement is outstanding especially for computer and EC branch. for M. tech placement is some how low with respect to B. tech. Average 60-80% of students got placed with range of 4-10 lacs CTC. Top companies are came for recruiting for core branches with good salary package. overall placements is between good to high.

SVNIT is totally ragging free institute. So many clubs are working so students can utilize their free time. So many events are organizing like Sparsh, Kasish, Navratri night, Ganesh utsav, Janmastami, Mahashivratri so that experience is can't forgettable. After completing UG or PG students bring good memories with them.

Along with top NITs, Sardar Vallabhbhai National institute of technology-Surat has one of the best Library facility. And all the departments have separate buldings for Undergraduates as well as Post-graduates. CRC is main building for undergraduate student and that is totally new and well maintained also SVNIT has Good hostel faculty and canteen facility. In Gujarat Surat has one of top cities and SVNIT is placed at middle of Surat so students can easily get everything.

Fees as compare to other NITs is moderate but they are giving more facilities rather than other NITs. For every branch SVNIT has proper and well maintained laboratory facility. All the machines are in working condition so you can operate and understand mechanism of machine. so totally worth for money.
